Family-friendly holiday rentals in Xylokastro

Sehr geräumige Wohnräume und Außenbereiche, mit wunderschönen Blick auf Meer, See und Berge! Bis auf das Ausfallen des Whirlpools am ersten Abend war alles perfekt! Dafür hatten wir aber auch Verständnis, manche Dinge lassen sich eben nicht innerhalb einiger Tage beheben. Tipp für die nächsten Gäste: Bleibt eisern und füttert die Katzen nicht! Es werden von Tag zu Tag mehr und sie werden immer penetranter!

L’abitazione è, senza ombra di dubbio, meravigliosa. Ogni stanza della casa è pulita ed è presente ogni tipo di comfort. Anche l’esterno è molto curato e pulito. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile per ogni tipo di problema. Non posso fare altro che consigliare questa abitazione per tutti coloro che vogliono relax e privacy sentendosi comunque come a casa propria.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's beautiful villa. The space was perfect for our group of 8 to be comfortable with each person having their own room and private bathroom. There are plenty of amenities included - we used the downstairs kitchen area for mealtimes, which leads to the outside space and and exterior covered dining area offering shade from the sun. The house also comes complete with air-conditioning throughout and window nets, keeping the inside of the house cool and free of insects. The pool area, complete with multiple loungers, was great for relaxation and many trees in the spacious gardens offered shade and peace. This is a fabulously tranquil and relaxing space with a great number of good restaurants, and bakeries, only a few minutes away. Maria is a welcoming and gracious host who quickly responds to any queries, and clearly cares deeply about the well-being and enjoyment of her guests. We would not hesitate to visit this fabulous property again. Thank you Maria!

Heerlijk verblijf met mooie tuin en zwembad. Rustige locatie, maar vlakbij het strand waar een aantal goede restaurants zitten

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr großer, privater Dachterrasse. Jacuzzi sowie Grill wurden öfter genutzt,toller Ausblick auf das Meer.Der Strand direkt vor der Haustüre,sowie Bäcker und ein paar Restaurant fußläufig. Bei Problemen (wir hatten einen Stromausfall in der Nacht)wurde umgehend reagiert und repariert. Ein paar Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls. Auch die Damen im angrenzenden Reisebüro waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit beim Check in. Uns hat es wirklich super gefallen und wir werden bei Gelegenheit wieder kommen.

Από τις ΣΠΑΝΙΕΣ περιπτώσεις καταλύματος! Η ΕΠΙΤΟΜΗ ΤΗΣ ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ! Υπέροχο το δωμάτιο, υπέροχη και η Ιωάννα σαν οικοδεσπότης! Πρώτη φορά που έφτασε στο κινητό μου ΠΛΗΡΗΣ και αναλυτικός οδηγός τόσο για το δωμάτιο (λειτουργία κ.λπ), όσο και για την γύρω περιοχή. Μέχρι και τηλέφωνα για delivery είχε! Όσον αφορά στο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρη η ιδιωτική πισίνα καθώς και όλος ο χώρος, μοσχοβολιστες πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια και σεντόνια, αυτοματισμοί σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο, με άριστο γουστο φτιαγμένο το εσωτερικό. Value for money και με το παραπάνω! 5 στα 5 με τόνο! Μπράβο και πάλι μπράβο!!!!

A fantastic Villa, spacious, clean and with vast territory. The pool was great and the sea was right outside the back gate. Galaxidi is a nice little town with plenty of restaurants, but the real gem of the area is ancient Delphi, an amazing historical sight set among great scenery. Maurice was very easy and nice to deal with. Only positive things to say and may well visit again in the future.

La casa è molto bella e curata nei dettagli, fornita anche di tutto il necessario per le prime necessità. L’host è stato molto proattivo: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo. Nea Epidavros è un paesino abbastanza semplice, ma spostandosi con l’auto si raggiungono il sito di Micene e spiagge veramente stupende, poco frequentate

Απλό, λιτό και πολύ λειτουργικό διαμέρισμα, είχε τα πάντα για διαμονή μακράς διαρκείας. Ιδανικό και για οικογένεια. Μόλις 50μ. απ'τη θάλασσα και 10 λεπτά περπάτημα απ'το κέντρο. Η Μαριάννα ήταν άκρως βοηθητική και φιλική! Πραγματικά value for money! Το απολαύσαμε στο μέγιστο και ελπίζουμε να ξανάρθουμε σύντομα!

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία διαμονής. Το σπίτι όπως οι φωτογραφίες, ο κήπος μεγάλος και ιδανικός για τον σκύλο μας. Η περιοχή πολύ κοντά σε Βυτίνα και Λεβίδι. Ωραία χαλάρωση και ησυχία. Ο Γιάννης ήταν άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και πολύ βοηθητικός. Φυσικά και προτείνεται.

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

Чудова затишна квартира, особливо балкон, через дорогу маленький, але затишний малолюдний гальково-піщаний пляж з дуже чистою водою. Крістос був дуже люб'язний і завжди пропонував допомогу, але ми її не потребували - добре справлялись самі. Бажано мати авто, щоб мати змогу їздити в магазини і на екскурсії. Нам дуже сподобалось тут відпочивати.

The house is cozy and clean, the hostesses (Areti) is very friendly and helpful. I personally recommend the stay!

We had a perfect vacation at Anastasios’s place! His hospitality was so kind and helpful, he was available to answer questions about the area and things to do, and waited for us when we arrived to show us into the house. The location is a dream come true, the terrace just above the beach, and the crystal clear water that opened our hearts every sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped, and plenty of bedding and towels were offered. Although the living room is quite small we didn’t mind it because we spent most of our time on the terrace or in the beach. I would definitely love to come back to this house!

Richard, Effie og deres 3 dejlige hunde var tilsammen meget søde og imødekommende. De gav os et fantastisk dejligt ophold på deres skønne sted med super bolig omgivet af skønne oliventræer. Høns, gæs og kalkuner var en del af et skønt miljø. Vi kan på alle måder anbefale alle at booke et ophold på denne skønne plet. Og vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The villa is beautiful especially the outdoor area with pool, seating and barbecue area with a stunning view where we spent most our time. It is a little off the beaten track which we loved. Agioi Theodoroi is a small town but has everything you need including lovely restaurants and cafe options. We were also well located for a couple of sightseeing trips including Ancient Corinth and Athens. I would also add that a little cat also calls this villa home. She is lovely and friendly, and we enjoyed her company but it’s a consideration for those who have severe cat allergies. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an authentic Greek holiday experience.

This home was so beautiful! It was a perfect size for our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 children). The views could not be better. The pools were great, we spent a lot of time in them. The beach is a short walk. There is a restaurant down the road we ate at multiple times with fresh fish daily, or you can drive a short 25 minutes into town for many restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive, house was very clean, comfortable beds. Overall an amazing stay and we would highly recommend!

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, μες στην φύση, την ησυχία και με αλογάκια παραδίπλα και πολύ κοντά στο Αίγιο με το αυτοκίνητο. Αγρόκτημα κανονικό, με όμορφη γενικά διαμόρφωση. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κι αυτό όμορφο, άνετο και λειτουργικό και είχαμεκαι ωραία εξυπηρέτηση από τους οικοδεσπότες.

Maria and her husband are a very responsive, helpful and discrete couple/hosts. The place is great for children and big families or friends with children. The house is in a very nice area but can feel a bit remote as in the vicinity there are no restaurants or shops. You need a car. Notwithstanding the above, Maria had all necessary at our disposal when we arrived late. Thank you Maria

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, perfect for a more peaceful holiday. Well equipped kitchen, rooms as described and shown. The hosts and the person who tends the pool and property were all very helpful during our stay, and beforehand too. We spent several days relaxing at the villa, the suggested local beach which was delightful and had a nice bar/ restaurant on the promenade. Great location if you’d like to day trip to Delphi or any of the other more rural attractions that are relatively close. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you’re bringing toddlers or young children there is a spiral staircase to the upstairs which has very wide gaps in the railings and therefore needs watching with a keen eye, as the child could very easily tumble straight off the staircase from any step without adult support. We managed a week there with a toddling 1yr old fine, however, so it’s just something to be aware of.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit avec un ami dans ce logement. Panos est très accueillant et nous a montré tout ce que l’on devait savoir, recommandé les activités à proximité et a répondu à nos questionnements. Quoi rajouter d’autre ? Lits confortables, terrasse agréable, très belle vue sur la mer.

Wir hatten einen prima Aufenthalt in Lydias Ferienhaus. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Golf von Korinth in abgeschiedener Lage und jederzeit nutzbarem großem Pool ist sagenhaft. Wir fühlten uns völlig ungestört. Die Ortschaften Loutraki und Petrachora, sowie verschiedene Strände liegen in kurzer Reichweite per Auto. An Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung mangelt es keineswegs. Für uns war es ein rundum toller Familienurlaub. Zu erwähnen ist auch die Begrüßung mit verschiedenen Kaltgetränken, reichhaltigem Obstkorb und Gebäck!

We stayed 10 days at Alex's Villa. It was absolutely amazing! Great view over the saronian gulf, small and large amoni beach. Both the beaches are a good starting point for snorkeling. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The villa is also a good starting point for discovering the east of Peloponnes. We visited Korinthos, Mykene, Nafplio, Korfos and Epidavros. One day we spent to see Athens of course. The area is very quite and chilly. We liked that a lot. There is one great restaurant in walking distance. We spend most of the evenings there. Alex and his mother are always available in case of questions. The house has everything that you need when traveling with kids - pool! ;), washing machine, dish washer, ... We really liked it a lot and would love to come back one day.
