This location offers peace and privacy, including two private parking spots and an automatic remote-controlled gate. It's about an hour drive from el Aeropuerto Internacional de las Américas. This apartment includes a Master Bedroom (with a walk-in closet and private bathroom) and 2 other bedrooms. All three bedrooms include a queen sized bed, air conditioning, and a fan.

Majestic Apt located in the center of Santo Domingo 2-5 mins walk to main avenues and no more than 10 mins walk to train station with transfers available to all train routes, only 1 mile away from "El Malecon". There are plenty of entertainment options nearby including malls, bowling, restaurants, movie theaters, and parks. Free washer and dryer after 3 nights stay. This is a new apartment (built in 2016) to include private parking with remote electric gate and security cameras.

Your house, with just under 50 m², is located at the edge of our property, surrounded by plenty of greenery. It has 3 rooms with up to 5 sleeping places. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL! The house offers all the comforts, including a flatscreen TV, a music speaker, and of course excellent Wi-Fi. On the large covered terrace, you’ll find a nice gas grill. There is also a fire pit and a jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi is currently not working and not heated.
