Beachfront apartment, a great place to vacation. Away from the hustle and bustle of the road, building on the beach, 400 meters from the Morón - Coro road. The place is really safe and quiet, on one of the best beaches in the area. Just 10min from Morrocoy National Park; and 4 Km. from the village of Tucacas. Central A/C, three comfortable rooms with their own private bathroom, cozy living room with stunning views. Fiber Optic Internet Private workstation.

Elegant and modern with remodeled areas. Beach.

Building APPROVED ✅and safe to live in, already inspected by civil engineers. Los Roques is one of the best buildings in Tucacas, with a remodeled, spacious and always clean pool with a slide. It has a playground in excellent condition and a turtle refuge area. On the beach there are churuatas, a soccer field and bolas criollas. Located 10 minutes from the pier. No power generator. It has an elevator, although it may not be operational from time to time.
