Highly recommended! I had a great time at this thoughtfully designed, spotless studio in a newly built complex. It felt like home, thanks in large part to Monica’s helpful, proactive, and clear guidance. The property features a lovely pool, beach access, and a well-equipped gym. There's a supermarket just around the corner, and it's a perfect base for exploring Northern Cyprus. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

If you want to spend your time on the resort only, than the location is good. If you want to visit some other places then you need a car and drive 1 - 1,5 hour. For example : Girne is a nice place to visit for a day. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Spa, beach with beds and umbrellas. Nice restaurant.

The location was very nice. It was a clean and well-maintained house. The host was quick to answer all our questions. We will prefer the same place for the next trip to the same region.

first of all, Yaz is a wonderful person, it was great that she welcomed us with the apartment layout, cleaning and treats, the place is already very spacious, there are incredible pools and the beach, only the market is a little far and as it is known, transportation in the region is only by taxi, everything else was very nice, I would like to come again and again, I have already recommended it to my friends.

From the first encounter, we were warmly welcomed by the whole family and also said goodbye. A room tour was done and everything explained clearly. Recommendations such as leisure opportunities, beaches or even places have been made that we have not regretted. We can conscientiously recommend the accommodation with sea views. GREAT 👍🏼

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

wonderful apartment,fully consistent with the photos! there is everything for a comfortable stay, personal hygiene products, a lot of towels, equipped kitchen! comfortable large bed! cleanliness! everything within walking distance,market and restaurant in two minutes walk! we liked everything very much! thank you very much to the hosts for their attention!!! 😁

It approached like a brother, not the host, we were very satisfied with everything, I will go again next month, I will go back and trust with my eyes closed.

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was full of peace, we liked it very much. It's not a very central place, but we had what we needed, like a grocery store and a restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))
