Family-friendly holiday rentals in Yarköy

This was our second stay, it is a beautiful, very comfortable house decorated and furnished in the traditional style, in a magical part of Nicosia. We also very much enjoyed meeting Paolo, who was a wonderful host.

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s accommodation. We stayed with three small children, and everything was provided to make us feel at home. The kids loved the pool, which is very close by. Maria was very kind and did everything to ensure we had a great holiday.

Beautiful villa, off the beaten track, away from the noise of Protaras centre. You need a car to stay here. It’s about 10 minute drive to centre/restaurants/supermarket. Beautiful views, very peaceful, spotless pool. We would definitely stay again!

Great apartment: with all the necessary equipment to cook, good bedding, wifi.... and impeccable!!!!! Youri is a friendly, available host. He ensures that the stay goes well. The apartment is located in a complex comprising 4 swimming pools, sauna, jaccuzi, play areas for children, gym.... and 5 minutes from the beach (which is pleasant) and 15-20 minutes from Famagusta (for a cultural visit)We had a great family holiday. Don't hesitate and come to Youri!!!!! Thank you very much Yuri and looking forward to coming back to your place.

Everything was great. The owner is very responsive and allowed to check in earlier than the specified time. there are many entertainments on the territory - swimming pools, slides, etc., so the children will find something to do with them. The complex is located at some distance from the main cities, so a car will be needed if you want to see the island.

Location, location, location…We could not have been in better place. Beautiful views, close to shops, the beach, the buses, the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Perfect base for travelling around. The flat has everything you need. Andreas was an excellent host, I have been using Airbnb for over 15 years and this is so far the best host and the best experience I had. Highly recommended.

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

Kash was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we booked, he saw that we had a baby coming with us and said he could sort baby chair and cot which he did. Our group were all arriving at different times and Kash sorted taxis for us all from the airport. Even when my travel plans got changed, he sorted things so that my son and family were looked after. The villa is in a great a location, in a quiet road just 5 mins from restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. The pool was brilliant for us and more importantly for a 11 month grandson with a good choice of inflatables. Also, the pool man came twice while we there to check the water. I can't thank Kash enough for looking after us!

Everything has already been said in the previous comments: Frédéric's villa is simply a little paradise in Cyprus! Ideally located, well equipped, quiet, offering a magnificent view of the sea and the last mountain. The house has lots of charm and the place is perfect for recharging and enjoying the surrounding nature. The small village of Esentepe is also very charming with a few shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you to Frédéric for being a great host, very responsive and very attentive. We will return with great pleasure to Villa Doluca because it feels good:-)

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was clean and the views from the balconies were nice. The host was extremely kind, thoughtful, and provided great recommendations.

The villa was outstanding as described on the pictures. It was clean and located in a quiet location. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. You can easily walk to a lot. In the beginning, we had a small problem with the wifi, which was resolved as quickly as possible and then worked smoothly again. On the day of arrival, some fresh food from Nikos was prepared in the fridge, which we were very grateful for. The communication between Nikos and me was very pleasant and a quick response came back. He had called us some supermarkets, restaurants and places that are close by and easy to reach by car, taxi or on foot. I would always book to Cyprus and one of Nikos' homes.

Such a beautiful home, the villa had everything we could have needed. Absolutely stunning, even nicer than the photos in person. Waking up here every morning was brilliant. Peaceful setting the villa is very looked after, has a lot of character and thoughtful decor. Could recommend it more. Its situated walking distance to the beach, to the supermarket and a restaurant. We enjoyed at day at the waterpark which was brilliant. I would recommend a hire car when staying here just to allow you to visit some of the beaches and restaurants further along the coast.

The house was perfect for our week-long stay. The area is very peaceful and walking distance to the sea. It was a very relaxing week and will be back again! Christina was very friendly and helpful!

Very good stay in this accommodation, spacious, well-equipped, functional. The location was perfectly located, with a nice little beach at the bottom of the street, with shops and restaurants nearby. And especially away from the big hotel complexes on the concrete coast, which was what we were looking for. 100% recommendable!
