Beachfront holiday rental in Yaroomba Beach

It was an absolute delight to return to the cute boudoir! Just like the first time, its charm and comfort enveloped us from the moment we stepped inside. The thoughtful little touches and the overall cozy atmosphere made for another wonderfully relaxing stay. It truly feels like a little sanctuary, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and charming getaway!

Katie made a last minute trip so easy. The unit is cosy and we instantly felt at home. Such a great vibe and we loved the decor and the location was perfect. Hearing the waves is always nice.

A beautiful private location close to great restaurants in walking distance. Accommodation is very clean and modern. Have stayed there before and will stay there again. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

An overall clean, comfortable and private stay. Close to the beaches and within walking distance to the restaurants and cafes of Sunshine Beach. This was our 2nd stay here and we experienced the same quality stay as the first time we visited 4 years ago. Highly recommend!

Love the sun drenched north facing balcony. One of the better equipped kitchens I've experienced. Super comfy beds. So close and convenient for everything. Great experience! Angel Hosting are super kind and responsive!

This townhouse was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was such a beautiful location and so close to the beach and shops. We were lucky enough to meet Simon and were thoroughly impressed with his willingness to help. His attitude towards making guests feel welcome was impressive to say the least! We would love to come back and stay again.

Nice quiet setting, handy to beach and shops. We took the bus for a whole 50 cents to Noosa! Great spot to explore the sunshine coast and hinterland.

Loved our stay! Gorgeous interior design and very functional for our family of 5 - the two bathrooms was especially great. Note there is a 90 degree view as it is a side apartment, but lovely all the same. The only thing that detracted from the setting was the derelict house next door.

Great location, easy access and parking. Very homely and also catered for our 22 month old, with portable cot and a variety of toys. Would stay again if down this way and certainly recommend this accomodation

Lovely apartment, great location. Beach towels, beach tent, umbrellas all provided!! We have a 9 month old baby and found it very suitable. Noosa is a great family friendly place, bus stop is close by! Ensure you check the cancellation policy prior to booking as the host is not flexible even 3 months out!We enquired about cancellation and did not get a friendly reply. Apart from that wonderful stay! Warning: Host pointed out damage to a cupboard under the sink after we checked out. This was not noted during our stay or caused by any of our guests. Just noting it incase the host mentions it to you/ blames your party.

Central location for the Sunshine Coast. Beach across the road. Heated pool for the colder weather and spa. Beautiful location for our little family a short drive to the Sunshine plaza and a cute little cafe at the entrance. Kevin had clear communication from booking till check out. His place was a home away from home and would highly recommend Kevin’s place to anyone

Such an amazing find, best place we’ve stayed in the Sunshine Coast. We happened to book on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect us at all as the apartment was perfect. Beautiful views, cosy interior and the spa on the roof make this place unique and in such a perfect location. Across the road from the beach for when the weather cooperated. Patisserie and fish shop nearby were excellent as well. Fantastic host, very organised and thorough with his check in and out, and gave us great recommendations. Definitely want to stay here again in future.

We stayed here as it was our 1 year wedding anniversary! It was a beautiful place, quiet and central to everything. The space itself was spot on, everything was clean and tidy and it felt like at home! Couldn’t fault the communication and we will definitely be back again next year ♥️ Highly recommend

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

Trish was an excellent host. Her instructions were timely and accurate which made renting very easy. Beachside is a beautiful and peaceful area within easy walking to the beach. The house backs onto natural bush which is a plus. A great place to relax.

Really recommended, lovely location, nice and snug unit. Great views, awesome shower and great comfy furniturte. Great amenities, good coffee machine, heaps of games etc for the kids. TV has all the apps. Very close to noosa yet far enough to be peaceful. Would highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Balmy Breaks. It was the perfect home to accomodate our large family and we all felt very comfortable and at ease. The house itself is stunning and it is fully equipt with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very accomodating, quick to respond and pleasent to be in communication with. The heated pool was well loved by all the children and the fact the property backs on to a big grass area was ideal for what we wanted for this stay. Beach access not to far away and with cafes and local shops just around the corner it made this property a great holiday location. We appreciate the team at Balmy Breaks and are grateful for jow accomodating they were for our large family. We look forward to another stay at this property in the future.

We'll be back! Communication was excellent from the Host. The Town house was well appointed & comfortable. Our sporty kids were in heaven having that amazing pool, gym, basketball & tennis courts plus the beach so close. Great value & great fun. A fabulous holiday!
