Apartment holiday rentals in Yas Island

We recently spent two nights at The Green Keepers Look-Out on Yas Island, and what a stunning apartment! The location is spot on - literally minutes from Yas Links Golf Club, all the theme parks and hotels on Yas Island, Yas Marina, Etihad Arena, and Yas Mall. While the apartment is right in the midst of all the attractions, it's still a lovely, peaceful space to return to after a busy day of exploring. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a full kitchen and beautifully decorated rooms. The private balcony offers AMAZING views over the golf course!!!! After two packed days of theme parks and exploring, coming back here was the perfect reset. The communal infinity pool and the views over the golf course made it so hard to leave. Big thanks to Elaine - we'll definitely be back soon!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Unforgettable Stay – Thank You, Afrin! From the moment we arrived, Afrin made us feel like we were coming home. Her warm welcome, thoughtful touches, and attention to detail made our entire stay absolutely incredible. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed — and more! Afrin had even prepared local snacks and refreshments for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful surprise after a long journey. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the ambiance of the place created the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. What really sets Afrin apart, though, is her hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience — from offering local recommendations (which were all spot on!) to checking in on us just enough to make sure we were doing well without ever being intrusive. Afrin, thank you for everything — you turned a trip into a memory we’ll cherish forever.

Appartamento pulito comodo e confortevole. C è tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla. Cecilia è stata reattiva e gentile nel corrispondere con noi. Ci sono ristoranti e negozietti ed è ben servito da uber Lo consiglio a tutti

A very comfy place to stay for 2 guests. Very good location for Yas Bay and all the Theme Parks, and only 10 mins from Abu Dhabi Airport. Royal Holiday were so quick to respond to any query we had. Would thoroughly recommend.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The host went above and beyond in every way welcoming, responsive, and truly thoughtful. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and filled with warm touches that made it feel more like a home than just a place to stay. Every little detail was clearly considered with care and comfort in mind. If you’re on the fence about booking, let this be your sign to go ahead this place is absolutely worth it. I’m so grateful for such a peaceful and heartwarming experience. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very nice, it looked like it was presented in the pictures and the location is easy accessible to all the parks. We had everything we needed, the compound was safe and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We visited all those 4 parks and we went there every day with a taxi (5 mins drive) and each trip was 12 aed, which was very cheap. We really enjoyed staying there.

Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, neat, and perfectly located near Ferrari World and Abu Dhabi attraction park. We had a great time enjoying the balcony in the evening with family over tea. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great stay with excellent communication. Balcony is great and appliances (specifically the coffee maker) in the kitchen are awesome. The set up is fantastic for 2, maybe 3 people and is super clean. Would stay again and look forward to in the future! ***Note: if you need wifi for working it is not suitable as the signal strength is low and certains areas in apartment unable to connect. (hope this will improve as the only con of the stay)

I had an amazing 5 night stay at Casa Noor. The host was extremely helpful & proactive. Place was extremely clean with all required amenities.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, perfectly located apartment. It is peaceful but with easy access to all tourist locations. And just walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants. The hosts were super proactive and helpful. And we were made to feel really welcome. I’d highly recommend. Huge thanks.

The facilities inside are just as great as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city center. At first, I was a bit unsure because I had to wait a while during check-in, and the building exterior doesn’t look very impressive. But once I got inside, it was totally worth it. Tip for future guests: it’s best to contact the host about an hour before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. Overall, a great stay and I’d be happy to come back!

في البداية كل الشكر والتقدير وللعرفان لأخي العزيز حسن على ضيافته لنا واستقباله الحافل لنا لقد شعرت أنني في بيتي وبين اهلي وناسي.. لم يتوانا حسن في تقديم يد العون في كل ما نحتاجه وكان متواصل معي لمعرفة إذا فيه اي شي ناقصني أو احتاج لأي مساعدة وكذلك قام باستضافته لنا في بيته لتناول القهوة وبصراحة الجلسة معه ما تنمل مرح وودود ولطيف ومحترم سعدت بالتعرف عليه وتشرفت بمقابلته واكيد لي عودة مرة أخرى للسكن في هالمكان

J'ai bien apprécié mon séjour chez Karama. Les lieux étaient impeccable. L'appartement est très bien situé ,près de toutes commodités. Communication avec Karama sans problème. Je répéterais l'expérience sans hésiter.

Truly one of the best Airbnbs in Abu Dhabi. Checking in was seamless. Great that it had parking. The view outside was great. Would return again if the opportunity allowed.

I had a very comfortable week here. Everything I needed for daily life was fully provided. I could use several gyms and swimming pools anytime I wanted. There’s a large Carrefour just a 1-minute walk away, right inside the apartment complex, which made grocery shopping super convenient. Even better, there’s a liquor store and a cozy pub on-site. And for coffee lovers, there’s a great café—Lora Coffee—right in the complex as well.

The place was amazing, Ali always answered quickly and was helpful at all times.
