Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Yas Island

Beautiful and spacious unit that was able to comfortably house my large family. The host was responsive to our needs and very friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 7 people and I would say it easily accommodates 10 people. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed stay and we had access to their community club, primarily the swimming pool which was clean. On the other hand, it is about a 10–15 minute drive from the main touristic spots in Yas Island. Even though Uber/Careem is easy to order, but it is further away from the spots compared to other residential options. Overall, we had a lovely stay with plenty of room.

We had a lovely weekend stay with friends. The place was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed. Communication was excellent; the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Khalfan's place was at the perfect location for those who are looking for activities in yas island. The villa was perfect for accommodating my family and I. Very clean, private and easy to check in and out with no hassle at all.

Myself and my family had the most amazing stay at Jerome’s Beach House. Everything was perfect from location to the Villa itself. The Villa has been finished to an immaculate standard and is in the perfect location for all travelers, especially those travelling with children. Private beach, pool and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Also overlooking the golf course with an incredible view of the sunset. Jerome is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everything in the Villa was supplied and even things like coffee and enough water for our entire visit. Little touches which other hosts do not think of. I cannot recommend this highly enough. The best Airbnb I have had the pleasure to stay in.

Fabulous studio apartment, very central to everything including Mall and theme parks on Yas Island. Apartment and complex facilities were very nice and clean and eveyone was really friendly. Would definitely use this apartment again as Anastasia communicated so well theoughout our stay.

It was great place to sleep, aircon wasn’t strong enough though. Cecilia an amazing host, everything was perfect. Place is very spacious.

I had an excellent stay at this studio apartment in Abu Dhabi. The location is unbeatable, with close proximity to Yas Marina, Yas Circuit, and Yas Mall. Keep in mind that it is a studio so more than one or two adults would be too many. The amenities were impressive, including several pools with life guards on duty at all times, one of them being a stunning infinity pool—a well-equipped gym, and a small but sufficient grocery store in the building. The washing machine came in handy, and my clothes dried quickly on the balcony. A cleaning service stopped by during my stay and made the studio look like it did when I arrived. I had a rental car most of the time (designated parking spot in garage underneath building was included!!) but a taxi ride to downtown or other islands came to $20-25 USD. Host checked in regularly to see if I needed anything which I didn’t 😃 and responded quickly to my messages. Overall, I believe it was so much better than staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!!!

Marjorie was the ideal host: nice, responsiv, adaptable, it's a shame we didn't get to meet her in person to thank her for how easy she made our stay. We stayed in a similar one bedroom with the same layout during our previous stay and you can check out my review to see how much of a pain the host made our stay as he refused to hand over the community card. If you want to stay in Raha, I recommend Marjorie's place with my eyes closed. It's minimalistic, in the heart of the neighbourhood and you have access to all the pools and gyms of the other buildings too. I'd love to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place. The views were beautiful both morning and in the evening (an unexpected bonus was we got to witness the fireworks on our final night). Near Deerfield’s Mall. Over all, very convenient location in our opinion. Smooth and flexible check-in. Responsive and attentive host. Great first impression! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at Ajit's place. Considering my travel plans and the expectations I had for the accommodation, I’m very satisfied with the experience. The apartment was comfortable and well-suited for a family. While we were out most of the day (leaving around 9am and returning by 9pm, with minimal cooking), it was a great place to come back to and relax. The location is excellent — just about a 10-minute drive to major theme parks like Ferrari World and Yas SeaWorld. If you're planning a trip to Abu Dhabi, especially with kids and a focus on visiting the theme parks, I highly recommend staying here.

"Wow! What an incredible stay my family and I had at Mr. Huraiz's condo on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and all the fantastic amenities. This place is an absolute gem for family vacations! Reem Island is the best of both worlds—peaceful and serene while being just a hop, skip, and a jump from all the exciting attractions in Abu Dhabi. Our daily strolls along the stunning waterfront were a highlight, and having easy access to supermarkets and cafes? A dream come true! As for Mr. Huraiz, he is the host with the most! Always there with a friendly reply, he made everything smooth sailing from check-in to check-out. His hospitality truly set the bar high! If you're hunting for the perfect place for a family adventure in Abu Dhabi, Mr. Huraiz's condo is a winner, and we can't wait for a chance to return!

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

This rental is excellent if your looking for a quiet place with everything you need. You can get to a supermarket, restaurants and barber shop in a quick walk. It's plenty to do on Yas Island and this location is a good home base to explore Yas Island and Abu Dhabi as a whole.

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!

Just spent the most relaxing weekend at AMY’s stunning condominium in Abu Dhabi and honestly, it’s the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in the UAE. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood ideal for anyone looking to unwind. What made the stay even more special was AMY herself.
