We have replaced all the appliances in the room, such as the air conditioner and refrigerator, with new ones. Although there is a total floor space of 70 ㎡ in the 3LDK, we have intentionally set the maximum capacity to 6 people, and have created a relaxed living space by placing only one double bed in each of the three rooms on the second floor. Please let me know in advance if you'll be using 6 or more people and I'll have a folding bed ready. There are also 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get daily necessities, so you can stay comfortably even for long periods. There is also free parking on the premises for 2 small cars or 1 regular car. We can also accommodate sightseeing and business trips by car.
