Our cosy cottage is located in the picturesque countryside, it is fully self contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and all necessary appliances. We are children and pet friendly and have a totally enclosed backyard and patio space for dogs. We run a small hobby farm of 15 chickens, 2 miniature goats, 2 horses and a very friendly dog. Amy was very accommodating for our holiday stay. The location and size of the unit was excellent for our purpose. the apartment is an excellent size for our purposes and well fitted out, with 2 excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. Check in and checkout was smooth and had very good clear instructions. We will look at returning when in Canberra again.

This house was perfect for 2 families staying for a long weekend. We came into a warm house with the heaters and fire already going for us which was very welcoming on a cold day. The kitchen was so spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard was huge and the kids enjoyed playing outside. The bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfy and warm. The whole house was spacious for 8 of us and was very charming. Our hosts gave us so many recommendations for the local area which we found very helpful and they were very responsive. Would highly recommend booking here and we would love to come and stay again.

We loved our stay at Tramwalla. We chose this place because of the multiple spaces and we loved the shed where there was a pool table and a ping pong table. We spent the weekend unplugged from our devices- locked them in a box and enjoyed the surroundings, and because there were multiple living spaces- it never felt like we were in each other’s faces. It was a really cold and rainy weekend but the fireplaces were a treat. Thanks for hosting us!

This is my third Canberra stay in as many months, and I was grateful to be welcomed to this apartment in person by the most friendly, responsive and fun host. The property is luxe - gorgeous styling, the comfiest bed and all the amenities you need. It’s close to excellent restaurants and a five minute walk to Lake Burley Griffin and the Russell precinct. With secure onsite parking and its easy-access location this property is perfect for a working trip or somewhere to stay to explore this lovely city. I will hope to stay again at Italo’s property and highly recommend it to any traveller to Canberra.
