Holiday rentals with a patio in Yass Valley Council

This place was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough space. It was great having two bathrooms. Great location near park and good parking. Todd put effort into making us feel welcome and having a good stay.

A stones throw from the war memorial and a 5 minute bike ride to the 28km lake bike ride which was fantastic. Beautiful little place with a great welcome. Elle has promised to investigate a strange odour which is not usual ( possums maybe ) so double check this - but the place was super clean, comfy & all we needed - loved it 🤙

A fantastic, spacious apartment in a central CBD location - walking distance to morning coffee & shops. Nice & quiet and excellent communication with Tina. Would stay again :)

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was neat, clean, and very tastefully decorated—it had a warm and welcoming vibe throughout. The thoughtful addition of a few snacks and bottled water was a nice touch that made the stay even more comfortable. Joan was a great host, very communicative and easy to reach. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Donna is a super friendly and supportive host. Despite a late check-in issue until midnight, she found a solution for us. On our departure day, she kindly let us back in to retrieve some forgotten items. Her apartment is new, fully furnished, in a great CBD location, and very reasonably priced for the family trip.

Je viens de terminer un séjour d'un mois dans l'appartement de Mon. C'est un condo très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville animé, des épiceries, restaurants, boutiques et cinéma. L'appartement est propre, confortable et lumineux. Le lit est très bien, et j'ai noté qu'il y avait plusieurs matelas pour les groupes plus nombreux. Par contre, l'équipement de la cuisine est très rudimentaire pour une personne qui effectue un long séjour. Si vous comptez cuisiner dans cet appartement, ce sera minimaliste. Il n'y avait aucune épice, ni sel ni poivre, pas de couteaux qui coupent, peu de vaisselle et chaudrons, etc. Mais bon avec tous les restaurants à proximité, ce n'est pas la catastrophe. ;) Par ailleurs à mon arrivée, les instructions pour trouver la boite à clé n'étaient vraiment pas claires, on a dû faire le tour de l'édifice plusieurs fois avant de trouver la porte qui y donne accès. Malgré ces petits contretemps, je recommande chaudement cet appartement.

I had a great stay in Tamir's apartment. The location was really fabulous: close enough to the airport and great for getting to a course we were attending in Sutton. The supermarkets, and shopping centres were only 10 minutes walk, along with good quality, well priced Asian restaurants. My colleague and I appreciated having our own space in the apartment, with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. The communication from the hosts was awesome; always prompt, friendly and informative. I'd definitely stay again when I'm back in Canberra. Thanks so much.

This house is spectacular, the photos don’t do it justice! It definitely felt like a luxury house and the location is great for takeout, shopping and in a quiet street for the kids.

Leo was extremely helpful, he let us know we left a shirt behind and arranged for us to come back to get it after check out. The place was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at Quinn St. was excellent. A carefully thought out dwelling with lots of space and light. Being welcomed by Megan, and shown the ropes, was an added bonus. Definitely on the list for a return visit sometime.

The house is very well equipped and very warm for out of town visitors during Canberra winter. The beds were comfy. Everything was very clean and organised.

we had a great time at franks. place was nice and tidy, close to shops, the backyard patio was great entertaining area with the fightpit, wood fire pizza oven and BBQ. Frank was super helpful and great communicator

We found Dennis & Ella's place to be a great home away from home. It was ideal for us to stay with our adult children and their partners, with airport and shops not far away. It was very roomy, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful outlook and quiet surrounds. I would definitely book to stay here again if we return to Canberra in the future. A big thanks to our lovely hosts!

The unit was perfect for my 5 night stay while attending the National Folk Festival. Gungahlin's seriously good shopping centre and the light rail terminal were only a short walk away. The unit had everything I needed to self cater, a good work desk and plenty of charging points... the pictures in the post were accurate. The bed was very comfortable and there was virtually no traffic noise - I slept very well. The shower was spacious and delivered plenty of water, and hot. The windows and balcony door were all insect screened and gave good ventilation right through the unit. Being able to park privately under cover behind big wooden gates was a bonus. Angela's communication was clear and timely, and the preparation of the unit by the cleaner was spotless and fresh. I'll definitely be trying to book again for my Canberra trips.

I highly recommend it! Kevin is a great host. I stayed at his place for over a month and couldn’t have felt more comfortable, safe, and at home, the space is not only cozy but also beautifully furnished, his thoughtful decor choices give the place a character and warmth.

Karuna offers a no fuss, modern , comfortable accomodation with some useful extras. Very considerate host.

Monika's Apartment was cosy, lovely and clean. It had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Its walking distance to GIO Stadium and AIS. Monika was very responsive and checks in to make sure all is going well with your stay. I 100% be staying there again.

This is one of the very best. Everything works, is in the right place and is spotlessly clean. I couldn't be more at home if I was at home. And, it's pet friendly. I hope I can get this place again when I return later in the year. Good job Madison superbly located, beautifully presented and honestly priced.

I had a fantastic stay at Judy's. The communication was excellent. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and a shopping centre. I recommend Judy's place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Canberra.
