La casa de Tere cuenta con 250 mt2 de espacio construido, cuenta con 3 dormitorios con baños independientes, sala con Tv, zona de parrilla, estacionamiento para dos vehículos, cuenta con una terraza en el segundo piso que permite visualizar el rio Cañete. Esta a 5 minutos del centro de Luanahuana y en el frente se encuentra la iglesia del anexo de Paullo.
