Cute 2 bedroom 1 bath home that is full of charm and located in the town of Dardanelle. Close to Mountains, Arkansas Tech and Arkansas Nuclear One. The kitchen has granite countertops and new refrigerator. One bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds. This home has two smart TV's and Wifi. There is a firepit and backyard deck for relaxing while grilling. There is also a work area with a desk. There’s plenty of space for fishing boats to park in the driveway.

Tucked into the trees, this simple little house is even more private than our other listing, but just a few hundred feet away. Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters, and see the food and flower truck patch upon request.
