House holiday rentals in Yellow Sea

We were greeted by a very friendly Ajuuma who lived downstairs. Our place is above her with a seperate stairway up. The place was absolutely beautiful, as though it was a newly renovated home. It felt so homely, clean & comfortable. Food options/supermarket was a short 5 min drive away. The host was also very responsive.

YJ is one of the best host! His house feels right like home! YJ is super responsive and helpful, his recommendations for food is sooo good! Highly recommend for families to try out his place.

Highly recommend! We really loved our week at this accommodation. House overlooks the sea and beautiful sunset views can be seen right from the window. Parking is easy, in front of the house. Accessible to lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Clean and baby friendly with amenities available on request. Housekeeping service is on point daily as well. Only downside I would say will be the stairs as we have a 1 year old, but there was child safety barriers available and guard rails made the house baby proofed. Thank you for the stay!

It was the right place to rest after a red eyed flight! Peaceful and clean! Food readily available within walking distance! Quick response to enquires as well!

I agree with all the reviews written. It’s a stand-out 5 star accommodation that is so peaceful and well-designed. We were a family of 4 including two kids (5 and almost 2 year old) and we enjoyed the property throughly. A few tips: 1) Google maps had no issue finding the place but NAVER maps didn’t have the address. 2) the Airbnb is about a 25 min walk to the Traditional Village, it was an easy walk even with a stroller/kids.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the accommodation was clean and beautiful overall! The kitchen and bathroom were really clean, so I was very satisfied while using it. I don't think there was anything uncomfortable. I think it would be great to use the jacuzzi in particular~ The atmosphere was so nice and fun ^^

Just wanted to say Thank You Jun! For letting me and my family stay. If you want a full ”Korean Experience”, with lots of local restaurants, and river walks or runs this a place to stay. The train station is also very close.

Beautiful location directly on the shore! The place is awesome in itself, but what really makes it great is the unbeatable view dyring sunrise and at dawn! Highly recommended if you plan to go to Jeju!

Sowol Hanok is nestled at the end of a street with lots of cute stores. A perfect location to immerse yourself in Bukchon Village. A bonus is it is right beside a hanok cafe with traditional Korean treats. The hanok is as described in the photos. The host did an amazing job welcoming us with cold tea and sweets. Everything was pristine and ready for relaxation. The hinoki bath was the ultimte reward after a long day of walking. It’s a unique experience not every tourist gets to do. Just note the house sits on a steep incline which might be difficult for those with heavy luggages. We chose to arrive via uber taxi for convenience. Also, follow the instructions on closing the screen doors and bathroom door as there are bugs that might enter from the outside.

The Hanok was beautiful inside and out. The free bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again when we are back in Seoul.

I traveled with my family to celebrate my mother's welcome, and my mother was very satisfied. The accommodation was so pretty and secluded that I had a good rest. The kimchi you provided for free was also so delicious.😊👍🏻

What a beautiful space! Lindsey was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed as well as working with our traveling schedule. The space had all the basic amenities and more! There's a food market near by for grocery shopping and restaurants and cafes all around. Would definitely come again to escape the city

The location is in the city center, with restaurants nearby and a subway station right next to it, but it feels like I'm traveling to the outskirts of Seoul.

The ocean view with the blue sky was so cool... I think I'll live with this beautiful memory for the rest of my life. I felt that the amenities and furniture were luxurious and carefully thought out. I slept so well because the bedding was so nice... It was so romantic to hear the sound of waves crashing in the accommodation I want to stay again next time. ☺️ Thank you.

This listing was a dream come true!! My husband and I chose this home to celebrate our 1st marriage anniversary and it was both magical and peaceful. The host is super friendly and gave us recommendations to probably some of our favorite meals throughout our 2 week trip in Korea. If we ever find ourselves back in Jeju and this place is open, we will definitely be back!

The place was lovely and incredibly relaxing. The room was beautifully decorated, blending traditional charm with modern touches. The host was also kind enough to help me find a great restaurant.

Very beautiful Hanok. Kids and adults both enjoyed the stay very much. Location is great as it is not too far from Anguk train station, with plenty of good food options nearby. Host was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall a wonderful and enjoyable experience for the entire family.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully designed home. The peaceful atmosphere and artistic touches were perfect for a quiet retreat, and we especially loved the tranquil water features outside — they added so much charm to the space. One minor point to note: we visited during the rainy season, and the bedding and bathrobes felt slightly damp at times. A dehumidifier would’ve made things more comfortable. That said, the house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was also very considerate and helpful. Location-wise, it’s near Jeju University; a bit farther from Jeju city center, but conveniently close to Hallasan National Park. I’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Jeju!

The homestay is located in the countryside of Jeju Island, very quiet, surrounded by gs25 and cu convenience stores, you can take the bus to the city, close to Jijai Beach, about 15 minutes by taxi.The overall decoration of the B&B is very beautiful, there is a small yard, the boss's wife personally received us on the day of check-in, and made us a delicious breakfast the next morning, very warm.

Would absolutely recommend and consider returning to this Airbnb. It was exactly what we needed for some R&R, and we loved the details. Host also had some spot on restaurant and cafe recommendations which made the stay extra seamless :)
