Wyvern Apartment - Where your comfort matters

Wyvern Apartment is a newly converted studio apartment which is close to beautiful countryside and many great attractions. We have designed the apartment with our guests' comfort in mind and it has been ideally equipped for both business and pleasure guests. There is free parking, a flat screen smart TV, free unlimited WI-FI along with lots of other little touches to help make your stay as welcoming and convenient as possible. The apartment boasts a well equipped kitchen and walk-in shower room.

Beautifully appointed 2-bed apartment with gorgeous views down the river Yeo. Close to 24hr amenities and countryside walks. A mill has stood at this point on the river since doomsday, +1000 years. The apartment compromises the old mill with its thick walls and small windows with a modern addition which is a bright living space with a a private patio overlooking the river below. The apartment is a tranquil place with the gentle white noise of the river flowing down the old mill water race.

Round The Bend, an annexe in a quiet village.

Round The Bend which is maintained to a high level sits within the heart of the very quiet village Odcombe. The Masons Arms pub is just a short walk away, serving real ales and food. Brympton House which hosts many weddings and events is just over a mile away making us the perfect location. Also neighbouring Odcombe is the lovely village of Montacute which boasts the beautiful National Trust owned Montacute House. The King's Arms pub which is also in Montacute serves great food and real ale.

Court Cottage is a charming self contained 2 bedroomed cottage surounded by gardens & 26 acres of farmland in Stoford, a quiet village just over a mile south of Yeovil, Somerset & 5 miles from Sherborne. Geoff's Meadow, with trees & wild flowers is a quiet spot for reading on summer afternoons. You can take many walks in the area. There are at least 5 National Trust properties within 15 miles. Weymouth, West Bay, & Lyme Regis are all less than 30 miles. Court Cottage is ready to welcome you!

Character 1 bedroom country annex in West Camel

Enjoy this individual character property in the centre of the tranquil village of West Camel with countryside views and a stroll across the bridge to the village pub. Just off the A303 and 10 minutes drive from Yeovil and Sherborne and 45 minute drive to the coast it is an ideal location. The Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum are 5 minutes away and there are a number of National Trust locations within a short drive. Countryside river walks, castles & museums are all on the doorstep.

“Rex the Bus” Quirky and fun bus conversion.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

Little Gem Somerset Cottage

Little Gem Cottage is situated in the pretty village of West Coker just a ten minute drive from the A303. The village has a grocery shop, butcher, restaurant, pub, children’s playground and lots of walking all close by. The cottage is the perfect retreat and base to visit all Somerset and Dorset has to offer. There are two double bedrooms offering accommodation for upto 4 guests. The cottage garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the fire pit.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Coach House

This unique place has a style all its own. The Coach House is a perfect getaway for romantic breaks or simply a place to relax and escape a busy schedule. Be it for work or pleasure, your stay will be one to remember, with secure parking, a garden view and the additional benefit of being walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.

Boutique retreat on the edge of East Coker, a village immortalised by TS Eliott. Converted stable only 2K from town in a rural setting. A bolthole for couples or those working in Yeovil. A fully equipped kitchen, living area, shower room & EV charger (extra charge). Enjoy the patio for evening sun, or grab a blanket, snuggle up & enjoy a beautiful starry evening after a day out exploring our little corner of Somerset. Please note the pool is closed from 8/9/25.
