Forget about your worries in this spacious, secluded accommodation. It's very easy to get to the house. In the courtyard, in summer, it's quiet and very pleasant to spend time. The supermarket is 500 meters away, the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 meters away, and the center can be reached by taxi in 7-10 minutes for $2.5-4. If guests wish, guided or unguided tours can be arranged, and a cook can be called to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).

Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Yeritasardakan metro station. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city.
