Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Yonkers

Caroline's place is immaculate! When we first walked in, I was struck by the spaciousness, how well it was cared for, and a feeling of being home! All was as described by Caroline. This was our second stay in Yonkers, and we love the neighborhood. It is situated closely to the City, but has a very laid-back feel. The local Irish pubs are wonderful and offer a welcoming and friendly environment. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful space and wonderful stay! I would have rated it 5 stars across the board if there had been a washer and dryer available, but aside from that, everything was fantastic. Nelson and Madelyn were exceptional hosts—warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Overall, a lovely experience, and I would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!

Preethi's place was exactly as pictured, and actually bigger than I expected. Sleek, clean decor. Everything seemed brand new. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable space - 2 bedrooms with ample sized beds, nice lamps with warm light (and bright overhead lighting if that's your thing), plenty of space for your things in each room. Bathroom is clean and plenty of towels were provided. Kitchen had eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups (including coffee cups), and a Keurig. It also had a full range and oven (do recommend bringing Utensils if you want to cook) Smart TV in the amply-sized living room, along with a nice adjustable lamp that can light up the whole room (or just your spot for reading late at night if you prefer), and a fold-out couch that can serve as a third bed if needed. It is a very comfortable place to stay. note that there is a family living upstairs and you may hear footsteps and stuff from above - if you sleep heavy like me, this is no issue lol overall, 5/5, do recommend for small families or groups of 2-5 btw, there is a wonderful scenic walking path through the woods nearby (the Old Croton Aqueduct Trail)

This was our second time staying at Ilda and Jon's place. It's very clean and comfortable and in a great location. There is a shared backyard which is great for our dog and kids. There's also a patio for lounging and dining. It's centrally located and across the street from a commercial center so there are lots of choices for shopping and eating. There's also a grocery store, Target and theater. We stayed here in October for a family event and I noted to Ilda that a coat rack and toaster would be a nice touch for guests and the first thing I noticed this stay was the added coat rack and toaster. It's so nice to know Ilda and Jon took the time to read my feedback and not only take it into consideration, but act on it too! Clear instructions for check in and check out and also responsive. Great place, highly recommend - will be back if there's another family event in the future.

Really nice space and amazing location! Located beside a lot of amenities and the hosts were very helpful whenever I had any questions. Will be booking again!

It was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. Dan & Jill’s home was beyond beautiful and comfy. It was very easy to find, private and felt safe. The inside of the home was more spacious than expected and extremely clean. The panoramic views from all windows was truly a treat. The hosts were very thoughtful and sweet. If you forgot to pack something, they most likely had it. Check in was smooth, stores/supermarket was a 3 min drive. 0 complaints and cannot wait to stay again!

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Tim & Stacey were fabulous hosts! They had birthday decorations and a hand written note waiting for us upon arrival. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was very clean and spacious. Walkable to many places and a quick, easy trip to NYC. Highly recommend! One of the best air bnb experiences I’ve ever had!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

I enjoyed my stay here! Gorgeous condo with an absolutely breathtaking view. Decided to stay here for my friends wedding and it couldn’t have been a more perfect spot. Thank you to Paul and family for allowing me to stay at your home.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city
