The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

The hexagonal tower is situated on the edge of the medieval town of Semur en Auxois in Burgundy and with just a short walk into the heart of the town you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cinema, beautiful church and much more. The tower has easy accessability with it's own private parking space, wooden decking terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. The tower was built in 2016, it was designed for people seeking an interesting and imaginative place to stay.

Located in Burgundy in a small quiet village 20 minutes from Auxerre (10 minutes from the A6 Auxerre Nord highway exit), Chablis, Joigny 30 minutes from Tonnerre, 50 minutes from Troyes, 10 minutes from Laroche Migennes train station and 2 hours from Paris. Mont Saint Sulpice is a village with a bakery, pastry shop, and a nearby market.

There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...
