Spacious and Lovely One Bedroom

The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for homebodies, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. This place is only for one person who wants a nice affordable base to get out and explore the city. you can be anywhere in Manhattan in 5-20 mins with the 456 trains only a few blocks away (Midtown 5 mins on train, Union Square 10 mins, Chinatown 20 mins) these will also get you to Brooklyn in no time. Harlem is an authentic NYC experience the neighborhood is a little rough but be polite and mind your business and you won't have any problems. VERY QUICK EXPRESS BUS TO LAGUARDIA AIRPORT

In Manhattan, 108th St & Lexington Ave near Central Park & Metro station (#6). Walk Up to 4th fl. Wood Fl. Near Grocery, supermarkets, restaurants. You can go to Midtown quickly taking subway or walk to Central Park. The Room is Gigantic, bigger than studio Apt in Manhattan. The neighborhood is very diverse and welcome people from all backgrounds. You have access to all parts of my Apt and Kitchen & bathroom shared with me. No Elevator. Second floor large bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. House is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance and also not for Saturday nights.
