OPEN March 20, 2026 Nestled in the mountains of Nara and Yoshino, surrounded by greenery, lies the quiet, one-day, one-group-only traditional Japanese inn, B&B Mori no Akari.(The name means "Light of the Forest") ⚫︎ During your stay, breakfast and dinner handmade by the owner are included (please refer to the photos). ⚫︎ We can also accommodate pescatarian and vegetarian meals. The kitchen area is shared with Hotos.The rest of the space is reserved for your exclusive use, and you can enjoy your time freely, just like when you rent the entire property. A spacious area of approximately 230 m² can accommodate up to 8 people.Ideal for family or group trips.There is also easy access to Yoshinoyama, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot, and Kimpusenji Temple, a World Heritage Site. We have preserved the historic beams and tiled roofs while creating a comfortable environment for your stay.The tranquility of the mountains, the soft light that illuminates the night.Here, you can take a break from your daily routine. Due to the abundant natural environment, we recommend that you come by car. (If you wish, we can arrange transportation to and from the nearest train station.) Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing stay.

Guest house Kisansei Seseragi

The guesthouse where the green water boils from Mt. Yoshino creates a high waterfall and pours it into the elephant creek. Manyo singers and travelers are also nostalgic and nostalgic. Enjoy a day of relaxing in nature and life since ancient times. Dinner and breakfast are not provided. Feel free to use the kitchen, cooking utensils, refrigerator, etc. and cook and bring your own. * You'll also need to bring condiments. One room is 1,000 yen. It can be used by 2 people. It's non for one person only. Extra person ¥5,000 (However, it is 2,000 yen for elementary and middle, and preschool children are free). The location is Kisaya Multi-purpose Workshop Guesthouse "Kisa Seseragi". Search for "Nishitani Multi-purpose Workshop" and you will see a detailed location.

Makomo House is located in a mountain village at an altitude of 500 m on the Oku-Mikawa Plateau in Nara The 100-year-old house is a private rental. Makomo-no-ta, which is said to be "the grass where God dwells", spreads around the inn, and you can relax in your room and feel the "Makomo breeze". You can enjoy the "Medicinal Herb Makomo Bath" at the Irori back table and the Goemon bath, where the well water is heated with firewood. There is no TV or wifi, so why not turn off your digital devices and turn on your own sensibilities? Enjoy the soothing sounds of nature, such as the rustling of makomo leaves, the babbling of the river, the chirping of birds, the chorus of frogs, and the sound of deer.

「万葉の人々が愛した景勝の地」 世界遺産であり、「日本一の桜の名所」とも言われる有効明媚な万葉の里、吉野にある小さな集落・宮滝。この宮滝にはかつて「吉野宮」という天皇の離宮があり、「壬申の乱」が起こった歴史深い場所でもあります。万葉集にはこの宮滝の景勝を称えた歌がたくさん収められています。 そして清流・吉野川が流れるこの地は関西圏屈指の川遊びスポットとして知られており、夏休み期間はたくさんの川遊び客で賑わいます。 その宮滝で番傘・提灯の職人として祖父母が長年暮らしてきた築100年の古民家を改装し、「ちょうちんの宿」として復活させることにしました。 「遊べる川まですぐ」という立地を活かした、複数の世帯や友人同士など多人数でも使いやすい宿です。 歴史や自然の息吹を感じながら吉野観光・川遊びやBBQの拠点として使って頂ければ幸いです。 中庭にはプライベートサウナと水風呂（タライ）を設置。サウナ好きの皆様も是非、皆様でお越しください。

Private Traditional Japanese house [B&B Matsukaze]

Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.

Yoshino Nagaya, a Nagaya-style inn at the foot of Mt. Yoshino, a World Heritage Site, close to the river, station, and convenience store, pets welcome!

This is an old house in a convenient location, 30 seconds on foot to a convenience store, 1 minute on foot to Kawara (River Field), 3 minutes on foot to a supermarket, 5 minutes on foot to the nearest station (Kintetsu Yamato-ji), and 8 minutes by car to Mt. Yoshino, a World Heritage Site. You'll have the space of two houses in a row (connected in the middle), so you can relax.
