The cottage is in a great location by the sea. The yard is sheltered, and there is grass for yard games, for example. From the cottage you can go directly to the rocks to admire the sea and from the rocks you can swim in calm weather. There is also a small beach very close by, where even children can swim. In addition, about a kilometer away there is a large, long and beautiful sandy beach. In summer and autumn, you will find wonderful hiking trails, great berry forests and sea buckthorn bushes on the beach. In winter, Pyhäjoki and Kalajoki have great ski trails.

Haiku is a modern and compact (21.5 m2) mini-house in Hailuoto's Keskikylä. It exudes relaxation and peace, even though it is located with others like it in a housing association. The shops are about 1.5 km away and Hailuodon Brewery is less than a kilometer away. Marjaniemi is 11 kilometers away. You can also get there by public transport. Note: No sauna. Huoneistossa on iso parisänky makuualkovissa ja levitettävä vuodesohva (ei erillistä makuuhuonetta). Saunasta voi ihastella merimaisemaa. Huoneistoon kuuluu tilava lasiterassi, josta pääsee suoraan merenrantaan. Terassilla on sähkögrilli. Keittiö on täydellisesti varusteltu. Ilmainen pysäköinti huoneiston edustalla. Majoitustilamme "Mummola" on maatilamme vanha päärakennus maatilan pihapiirissä Mehtäkylässä. Majoitustilamme on remontoitu nykyaikaisiksi 2013, säilyttäen vanhanajan mummolan tunnelmaa. Tilamme sijaitsee Kalajoen rauhallisella sivukylällä 17km Kalajoen keskustasta ja 25 km Hiekkasärkiltä. Pihapiirissämme asustaa kaneja, kanoja , kissoja ja koira. Trampoliini, polkuauto ja hiekkalaatikko on myös vieraiden käytössä. Pihalla on grillikatos, jossa kaasugrilli. Kesällä 2026 käytössä pihasauna.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

This 2-story 88m2 vacation home was completed in the fall of 2023 and was commissioned in 052024.
