Martin & Helen are fabulous hosts. They responded quickly to any messages sent and have been welcoming and friendly. We stayed at their stunning airbnb for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The views are absolutely stunning, they include The Great Orme, Little Orme, Sea views and Llandudno town. The outside area was perfect! Not overlooked and very peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My friend and I are keen walkers and explored The Great Orme on the first day. This is doable from the accommodation if you have relatively good fitness. Town centre is approximately a 40 minute walk away but did see buses on the main road. The Penrhyn Arms is a 15 minute walk away and served wood-fired pizza in a great beer garden. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to do The Little Orme as it's very close by. Overall a fantastic place which we will surely return to. Thank you, Vicky & Alison

The cottage is everything you could want. Clean and spacious with all you could need and great with secure off road parking and enclosed large garden, perfect for our dog. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Easy 15/20 minute walk down into Bala which has all the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great wee cottage for a getaway. Conplete with fire place and a responsive host. Both my wife and I (and our puppy) loved our stay.

We had the most wonderful week in Karen’s cosy bungalow with our 3 year old daughter Willow. It was truly stunning. The views of the beach, the sea and the mountains are breathtaking. We saw an amazing sunset from the garden six out of our seven nights there. The bungalow was spotless and we received a lovely welcome hamper and some delicious cheese on our arrival. The bed linen was so soft. Karen is such a lovely host and gave us clear instructions on how to find the bungalow and answered questions straight away. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Karen’s bungalow and I cannot recommend it highly enough. She even came to say hello just before we went home. We have already booked for the sane week next year.

We had a lovely stay at Simon’s beautiful cottage. The bed was really comfy and there was no external noise (apart from the sheep!). It was such a peaceful few days and perfect for us with our 7 month old daughter and dog. The cottage is set on the hillside with stunning panoramic views. The garden is fenced all the way round and there’s a perfectly placed bench to watch the sunset. The interior was kitted out to a high standard and had all the basics you would need. Simon was very friendly and offered some great local recommendations. We will definitely be back one day to visit again - thank you!

We had a lovely week at this cottage. The cottage is warm and was very clean and well presented with lovely furniture, beds and cotton bedding. Well equipped for self catering and with clear instructions for all the appliances. The shower room is an extension downstairs and has a good shower. Quiet area and with lots of walks from the doorstep with an OS map for directions. I can definitely recommend the local horse trekking through the forest at Gwydyr Stables & Trekking Centre. The horses and ponies are well cared for and all have their own character. Not your usual boring trek either. As an experienced rider I got to ride a Spanish Andalusian Horse, amazing couple of rides! We also swam in Lake Padarn at Llanberis and enjoyed some river walks beside white water.

I came to spend some time with my son who was working in the area. Claire was really helpful allowing me to do some washing and also there was an electric car charger to use. So that was so helpful. The cottage is gorgeous really cosy everything you would need. I wasn’t there long enough so would definitely want to come and walk. The scenery is spectacular. I loved my morning cuppa overlooking the mountains. Such a peaceful place. Thank you Claire I would definitely love to bring my husband back here to explore more of the area.

Our plans changed last minute as we were meant to be going to Italy this week and we were searching for an escape - somewhere we could wind down, relax, have a quiet break to unwind and explore when we wanted to. Grateful beyond words to have found this spectacular place which was everything we needed and more. Dyfan/Catherine have thought of absolutely everything in this little home - it is immaculate, beautifully designed and has everything you could possibly need for a short or longer stay. We loved the homemade/local produce, sleeping under the trees, the warm lighting, the amazing shower, the comfortable bed and sofa, the amazing views and the quiet/tranquil surroundings. We are also incredibly grateful to the recommendations for nice food/pubs which we tried out and loved! Thank you so much for being great hosts and well done for creating such an amazing retreat. We can't wait to book again with you!
