The entire house is available for only 1 group of guests per day. It can accommodate 8 guests, and you can enjoy it privately. It takes about 5 minutes by car to the station, Jinlin Lake, and Yongwang Supermarket. The nearest Lawson convenience store is about 3 minutes by car. The environment is elegant and quiet, surrounded by greenery. Free parking and free pick-up service are provided (reservation in advance, details to be discussed). The house itself is a Western-style Japanese house. You will have a 100-square-meter private wooden space. There is a spacious yard outside the house where you can book a barbecue. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.
