It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony with some sea view. The complex has a private pool (temporarily closed), janitor during daytime and elevator. There is also a restaurant with a bar and a supermarket as well as a car rental service in the building.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.
