Holiday rentals with a patio in Yumbo

Beautiful and clean apartment! Safe area and there is a lot of places to eat and malls are close by!

We've been traveling for months, and we haven't met a friendly and pleasant host like Juan. He sat with us the first evening, gave detailed recommendations about the city, and later helped us with everything we asked for with great speed and kindness. He even made great efforts to take care of us on the computer (!!!) that we had to do, even though it wasn't necessary. Thank you Juan, there is no one like you :) The apartment itself was pleasant and clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a washing machine that is a nice bonus and everything is in a great location and close to restaurants, cafes and salsa schools. Uber is very accessible in the area. We were in the apartment for two weeks and it was difficult for us to leave it :)

Everything matched the description, it is a very comfortable place, apart from the fact that it has a lot of security and the host was attentive at all times.

A truly wonderful experience! Since I arrived at the apartment, I felt completely at ease. It is decorated with great affection, with warm details that give it a cozy and homey atmosphere. One of the great successes of the place is the balcony: very nice and perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The location is another plus: it is very close to several tourist spots, which made getting around the city very easy. In addition, the host was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. the place met all our needs, the backyard is amazing for spreading out and the AC is wonderful. we wanted something that felt like a we were In Colombia and this home did not disappoint. Astrid and colleagues helped us to celebrate a special occasion in a lovely way.

We had a long stay, the space and the place were very well located for people who travel between the center, west and north. These were the sectors we had to cover, so the location was perfect. The internet had some interference but Mercedes always provided us with her collaboration and support. Recommended!

This is such an incredible place to stay! The neighborhood is perfect, the rooms are lovely, simple, and old school, and the terrace is magical. Watching the storms and lights and hearing the sounds of Cali from that terrace is such a massive highlight of our time there. This is such a perfect airbnb, and the hosts are so welcoming and responsive. Amazing!

Sergio has a great efficient space in a beautiful building overlooking Cali. Sergio was always responsive to my inquiries and handling any issues that came up. Oscar's place was amazing and accurate for a comfortable and peaceful stay, his place is modern and pleasant.

María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

I absolutely loved it from top to bottom had no problems with the place at all great location I felt safe and secure and I was very accommodated the place was so clean and nice and the WiFi was super fast even came with a cleaning lady that folded all my clothes and cleaned the whole apartment for 100,000 !! I would absolutely love to come back to this exact place and 100%

This apartment is beautiful. Leidy and Claudya were very kind to me and my mom. A perfect place for surgical recovery. Within walking distance of medical clinics. It had everything you needed to make a very comfortable stay for us. Thank you!
