Located in a gated complex, the house offers plenty of amenities and unique opportunities for relaxation and entertainment only 9 km from ski resort Borovets and 9 km from the hot mineral pools of Dolna Banya. The house offers a spacious lawn, where you can enjoy a wonderful picnic, away from the city noise and tension.

Villa Ganchev is a small, cozy wooden house, located in a 4.5-acre property, entirely at your disposal - many trees are planted in it, creating a unique feeling of closeness to nature. The villa has a single interior space of 30 sq.m, which has a living room, a dining and cooking area, as well as a small bathroom on level 1 and a cozy bedroom with an incredible view on level 2.

The pool is seasonal and operates from July to mid-September.
