Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

A beautiful, bright and airy home, tastefully decorated which can be used as a weekend getaway or an extended vacation for family and friends. WE NOW HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED! We can accommodate 2 - 8 guests. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults. Situated 2 blocks from the beach with extensive ocean views. The local Spar and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. The home offers 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and 2 single bed rooms.

It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

Perfect spot for a breakaway not far out of Cape Town. The kids played all day in the sand and on the deck while we enjoyed the view, braaing snoek and appreciating the solitude. Definitely coming back as 2 nights is way to short

Rudolph’s house is really an amazing place with wonderful views from the house and the balcony over the ocean, fantastic sunsets, we enjoyed it so much. It was the perfect place for us and the apartment has a really nice atmosphere. You find everything you need in the well thought out kitchen and cabinets (for maximum space and flow). It is so beautifully decorated, also for the kids there were toys and we didn’t even have to cross the street to go to the beach. The weather was sunny and all was perfect. The host welcomed us very warmly. Highly recommend if traveling to the West Coast.

Sonkwas is an incredible spot. We'll certainly be back. It's right on the beach, and the design, furnishings & location are hard to beat especially at this price. Think this is a great spot either for small families, or for two couples wanting to spend a quiet weekend away on the beautiful West Coast. Most beautiful sunset I've seen in my life. A true gem. The hosts were great, too. Excellent comms and very helpful recommendations.

A wonderful break away. Matt and Darren's house is beautifully put together with everything you need for a more than comfortable off the grid experience. The house and its surroundings is a feast for the eyes. Together with great hiking routes and waterpools to explore, it really is a little piece of heaven.
