Beachfront holiday rental in Zadar County

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Iva's place is a real home from home - there was everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The apartment is spacious but cosy. The kitchen is really well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Having a washing machine was a great bonus - as was the lovely deep bath. The balcony gets the sun all day. As others have said, there are a few bars on the street below which are noisy until after 1am. I am a light sleeper and I wear earplugs every night and it did still disturb me somewhat, but my husband (who doesn't use earplugs) slept absolutely fine. Other than that the location is perfect - bang in the centre of town, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the sea front (unmissable at sunset) and there's a nice park right next door which is great for a shady run. Iva is a great host, very responsive. the apartment is very secure with locked gates and a key card for the lift. We had a lovely time here - thank you Iva!

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Przestronny, jasny i przyjemnie umeblowany pokój z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką. Wszystko czyste i zadbane. Wyposażenie kuchni (lodówka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, płyta indukcyjna, naczynia) jest wystarczające. Dodałabym jedynie czajnik do zagotowania wody na herbatę. Łazienka jest duża z dużą, wygodną kabiną prysznicową. Zaraz za oknem jest drzewo, które dodatkowo osłania od słońca i sprawia, że pokój jest bardziej przytulny. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Niby centrum, ale cicho i spokojnie. Trzy minuty od autobusu na lotnisko. Kontakt z gospodarzem przebiegał bez problemów. Josip zawsze był miły i pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana. Klasse Aussenbereich, toller Ausblick und wirklich reine Privatsphäre ohne Nachbarn oder dergleichen - die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Die Betten sind neu und gemütlich. Edwin war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und wir hatten einen Obstteller, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßung! Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend, außerdem wurde der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Allerdings gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht ‚perfekt‘ waren, wie in vielen Bewertungen beschrieben. Sehr wenig Schränke und wenig Stauraum, wir waren zu zweit mit Hund weswegen das Kinderzimmer als Kleiderzimmer diente. Im Bad waren Waschbecken, Duschstange und Klobrille locker. Bei der Küchenausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben. Bspw. Ein zweites größeres Schneidebrett, Eine zweite Pfanne oder ein Brotmesser. Das soll allerdings nicht den Eindruck über die grundsätzlich tolle Villa trüben! Wir kommen gern wieder!

A beautiful spot with an absolutely perfect swimming area. Very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We felt right at home, and enjoyed every part of our stay.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Wir haben entspannte Herbsttage in Lukas Haus verbracht. Der beheizte Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Die Lokale haben leider in Novigrad zu der Zeit geschlossen, wir haben jedoch im Nachbarort (ca. 15 min Fahrzeit) in der Pizzeria Fortuna gut gegessen. Sonst ist eine Verpflegung im Haus möglich, da die Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Mikrowelle, Backrohr, Geschirrspülmaschine und Nespresso-Maschine vorhanden. Ebenfalls Gewürze, Öl und Tee. Uns hat der ruhige Fischerort gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

Mia was absolutely incredible and responsive. The space was incredibly modern spacious and clean, all while being in the heart of Old Town. A true gem! We are so grateful for Mia and her team!

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

Great place to stay in Zadar! Walking distance to the Old Town, the location is just perfect! Antonia’s place has all the amenities you need, it’s very clean and the host is very responsive. I would definitely choose this place again!

Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht: Meer mit Kieselstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Fuß braucht man nur 30 Minuten in die Altstadt. Für lokale Tipps und Auskünfte war Petar sehr einfach und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft ist auf das nötigste begrenzt. Extravagantes essen kochen sollte man daher nicht planen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

This was a beautiful, well-connected and resourced apartment. Igor was the perfect host: he helped us from start to finish and was always very responsive. The view from the apartment is amazing, just be aware that you have to climb up quite a few stairs to see it! The location of the apartment is very convenient, and is a maximum 10 minute walk from all of the sights of Zadar. Igor also provided some nice recommendations for the city too. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Igor as a host! 😊

We spent four amazing days at Slavka's place. The apartment was very nice and clean, and we especially loved the terrace. Slavka is incredibly kind and always available to help. We highly recommend staying here!

Suzana and her apartment were perfect in every way. Located in the heart of Old Town Zadar, it is walking distance to absolutely everything you want to see or do. Great restaurants everywhere, lots of street food places, and great little sidewalk cafes to grab a coffee or drink. Suzana responds to messages quickly and makes good suggestions. Our visit could not have been better.
