Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

We had a fantastic time. Cottage met all our requirements. The family was always there when help was needed. Gave us privacy and Natalija gave us nice information for the area. We have benefited a lot from it. Completely relaxed.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We stayed in the house for a week. We enjoyed it the best, that it's very private. Only one neighbor who has little insight into it. The house has a huge property that is completely fenced in, ideal for dogs. Zadar is the nearest big city and is about 15 minutes by car. (There is nothing going on in the Smokovic directly) The house is adequately equipped, towels provided. Only the dishwasher is very small but for 2 people everything is perfect. A highlight for us was the covered terrace, here you can also sit comfortably outside in the rain. An outdoor TV is also provided. The hosts are very friendly we will definitely be back

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. Sanja’s beautiful cottage is like little Oasis. Private, with fully fenced garden, terrace, swimming pool and the house itself is just a gem. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute. Zadar, Split and Krka Nature Park are easy to reach by car. If you are looking for a stay in the area - this is the place! 💎

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

It is a beautiful and really well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet, cozy area. The exterior with a heated swimming pool (cleaned every early morning) and a gas-fuelled barbecue grill lets you relax and enjoy your holidays. The small playground for kids is also great, although it needs a little bit more shadow. There are 2 small markets in the area, a beach is located ~10 mins walk from the apartment (quite downhill), there are also local neighbours who can provide you fresh delicious vegetables and fruits - and some homemade Rakija too ;). The apartment's manager was helpful and available every time we needed his help. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price if you're looking for a quiet, sunny place to spend your vacation time.

Marija greeted us personally and showed us everything. When we arrived, everything we needed was there. She even took care of meals. 🥰 We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much!☺️ Due to the surrounding wall, we were able to let our dog run freely and even found a few turtles in the wonderful garden :) We have been working on the many possibilities in and around the house. We have designed the evenings as barbecue, pizza, whirlpool or game evenings. ✨ For further activities, a car is definitely useful, so that the numerous beaches, national parks, restaurants and shopping can be reached :) We had very nice and friendly contact with Marija, who helped us with any questions and we can highly recommend her house! ☺️ Thank you Marija🫶🏻

Stanka greeted us at the door, showed us the apartment and provided us with a few snacks. The apartment is really nice and well soundproofed, despite the party on the street you can sleep well in the bedroom. In addition, the apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything

Elza was the most wonderful host. She met us outside the Airbnb, showed us around as well as recommended places to visit during our stay. She was very attentive and great at communicating, catering to our needs and anything we needed. The Airbnb was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Great place to stay, really local, great spot! Great parking

The accommodation was clean and cozy, we felt very comfortable. Irena was available at all times and helped us with every question. An earlier check-in was possible, despite the fact that you were impaired. She made every effort to give us a nice stay. A small gift for a nice start to the holiday was also waiting for us. It was all around successful and we will be happy to come back!

Iva’s apartment is perfect. It is more like a home than an Airbnb as she has so many extra little things such as some milk, juice, fruit and food. So it is great on arrival to be able to have a cuppa and bite to eat. She also has extra towels and toiletries which makes such a difference. Her apartment is spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable as is her couch. The location is great. Right next to the footbridge over to the old town and there are all the facilities you need near by such as supermarket, pharmacy and bakery. We had a lovely time in Zadar but it’s Iva’s apartment that made it. She was very accommodating and great to communicate with. Thank you.
