We had a fantastic stay. The villa location was great. All of the bedrooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen - we really appreciated the ice machine! The outside space is excellent, a large pool and plenty of sunbeds and places to sit and chill, and a massive outside dining table that seated the 14 of us easily for dinner each evening. The party room was great fun, and it also made a good yoga studio! You can walk into the local town, Zadvarje, in about 20 minutes, where there are a couple of bars and and you can view the stunning Cetina Gorge. Srdjan was very welcoming, and we all appreciated the bread, ham, cheese and wine that awaited us. We also appreciated the delicious home made Baklava that was given to us mid week!

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

We were warmly welcomed by Lydia and her husband Nikola with a welcome gift. The description of the house is 100% correct. We got tips for activities and restaurants. Lydia was always quick to reach. We were seen off by both of them on the day of our departure. If you are looking for peace, you will find it there, in the middle of the mountains with a breathtaking view.

We really loved our stay at Jakša’s place. The house is very spacious with a high quality finish, very well equipped (even a washing machine) and has all the comfort that you need. The terras behind the house offers shadow from the morning till the evening so that we could eat outside at any time of the day. Very well thought through! Also the swimming pool is great if you need to cool down. The supermarket, bakery and a cafe for a cappuccino to start the day, are all close by. We highly recommend this holiday home.

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!
