Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zagvozd

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had an incredibly beautiful vacation and a great time all around! We were warmly welcomed at check-in - with a lovingly arranged plate that not only looked great, but was also really delicious. One evening, our hosts even grilled for us and spoiled us with delicious grill plates - that was a real highlight! The accommodation was equipped with everything you need on vacation – down to the smallest detail. There was really nothing missing. And if something was needed, the hosts brought it to us immediately and easily. In addition, there were great restaurant recommendations and always an open ear for questions or requests. The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating and appreciative – you just felt completely comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time. Thank you so much for this lovely time!

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Ana and her family are really great hosts. They take care, always ask if everything is good or if something is missing. One evening, Ana's father even brought over fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. In addition, we were once invited to dinner at their own restaurant. The food was really delicious and the community with them was nice. In terms of amenities, everything is really available. Even more than expected. The location is super nice. It is quiet and you have privacy. The private pool was the highlight for us. We were super satisfied with our stay at Vila Iko and would only recommend it to everyone 😍😍

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

We had a super quiet holiday in the accommodation, the landlord is super nice and every morning the pool is cleaned and the garbage is disposed of, you hardly notice anything of it. Small shortcomings: challenging access, stubborn smell in the tavern and the open property ( every now and then the neighbors pass by) Great views of the Biokovo mountains and the islands!

A true paradise for a family getaway! We lacked nothing and our two sons loved the house with everything it offers. Superbly equipped and everything in the best condition. We booked the day before arrival and Ante made it possible for us - thank you!

Our vacation in Pisak was wonderful, also due to the beautifully located apartment. Several small beaches are immediately and quickly accessible on foot. They were not very frequented and surrounded by beautiful rocks and trees. Simply fantastic. The water was crystal clear and shimmered turquoise blue. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was also no shortage of necessary equipment. Mario surprised us with a plate of ham and cheese and a bottle of wine. Thanks to the air conditioning, the temperatures were fine at night, you should just make sure to always leave the door to the bedroom wide open, as the device is in the hallway. A mosquito net is only on the bedroom window, a mosquito door to the balcony, would be a small suggestion. It was an unforgettable stay that we can only recommend!

Ivana's apartment is a paradise where you can leave all your worries behind. Relaxing in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset with this beautiful view is incredible! This apartment has everything you need (including towels, bathrobes etc.). It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Another great feature of this apartment is the grill near the roof terrace. We really enjoyed cooking dinners there and enjoying the sea view while eating. You can also park your car on the premises, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Thanks to Ivana, our stay was relaxing and carefree. She is always active and responsive. Just a wonderful apartment, perfect distance from the lovely town of Jelsa, nice and quiet and with immediate access to the water. Bojana is a wonderful host, incredibly generous and kind, she quickly felt more like a friend than just a host. We would love to come back. Very clean apartment with a beautiful view, lots of space and beautiful design of the apartment (furniture and design). Close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Ana and Antonijo are so lovely and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

We absolutely loved our stay! Antonia is such a warm and kind person. She helped us out with questions, ordered a taxi for us, and recommendations of where to go on the island. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy. Thank you Antonia for a wonderful time and for your husband who showed up the ferry with my name on it, and the delicious snacks, wine, and marmalade. It meant a lot.

Don’t hesitate to book Biljana’s Suite Celebration. It looked just like the photos inside the apartment and having two bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies. It was clean, very comfy beds, ac in all rooms and shower and tub in big bathroom were awesome. If coming with a car there is parking in the street in front of the building but it could be tough if you come later in the day or night, but Biljana helped us find parking and is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Riva. Many restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Thanks Biljana my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.
