Upstairs is another bedroom with balcony and relaxation room, located in a gallery connecting both floors. Outside, you'll enjoy sitting with a fireplace, a swing, a climbing frame, and a slide for children, and parking for 2 cars. The cabin is right in the woods and offers plenty of options for hiking.

A few years ago we bought a land with an old house in Skalica.We gradually demolished the house and built a new building with the original character. Ubytovanie v našom Mlyne v Modre je vhodné pre všetky vekové .Zbytky mlyna sú viditeľné len v galérii a pivničných priestoroch. Obytná časť dvojizbový byt(jedna izba je prechodná)s príslušenstvom bol čiastočne renovovaný,(kúrenie, okná, kúpeľňa) .Zachovali sa hrubé múry a stropné klenby. Dom má prirodzenú klimatizáciu. V lete príjemný chládok a v zime teplo. Mlyn sa nachádza blízko námestia (cca 2 min pešo), blízko sú obchody, kaviarničky, reštaurácie, autobusové spojenie s prípojom k vlaku

Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
