Beautifully designed and incredibly well lit, with barrel vault ceilings. The building itself is protected as Slovak National Heritage. We offer a 64m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city, next to Michael’s Gate, a 3 min walk to the Main Square and 15 mins from the castle. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Нам сподобалось у будинку! Все чисто, є всі необхідні речі, посуд, техніка. На дворі є затишний будинок на дереві, горка та батут. Для дитини то був рай. Для дорослих - гриль та крита альтанка. Ми чудово провели кілька днів у цьому будинку. Єдиний мінус - поруч залізна дорога та постійно пікаючий шлагбаум! Та досить великий потік автомобілів повз будинок!

Maringotka se nachází v překrásné oplocené zahradě kde tě na každém kroku provází vůně levandule a pokud máš štěstí jako my, ochutnáš i dokonale sladké jahody z Bio zahrádky. Uvnitř najdeš vše potřebné pro svůj klidný pobyt. Zdroje elektřiny se není důvod bát, je naprosto dostačující na běžný provoz a teplou sprchu taky zvládne. Děkujeme za krásný relax❤️

We (two families with kids) were lucky to stay three nights at Sylvia's nice and beautiful home near Bratislava. The house is large with several bed rooms, it is well equipped and in a good shape. As we have been there in summer, we were able to fully enjoy the well-kept garden with the quite large pool. Further, the host supported us with Information and always answered to any questions we had. Thank you, Sylvia for letting us stay in your nice home!

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Pre mňa výhodou tiché bývanie v peknom prostredí, vhodné na home office, blízko bežecké trasy, plaváreň pod oknami, obchody na dosah ruky. Bytu nič nechýbalo. Čisté, plne zariadené. A ako bonus - garážové státie v prízemí. Hostiteľ rýchlo reaguje na správy. Ak by som si mala ešte raz vybrať miesto pre študíjno - pracovný pobyt, tak určite Michalov byt. Odporúčam všetkými desiatimi. 👍🏻😉

This apartment is a lovely place to stay. It has a large balcony, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It can be noisy due to the tram outside even though it is on the fifth floor. Communication with the host was poor, but we still really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Ich habe ca. drei Wochen in der Wohnung übernachtet. Sie ist super gelegen, man ist super schnell im Zentrum und an der Universität. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist total effizient eingerichtet, so dass man auf kleinem Raum sehr viel Platz hat. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. :)
