Great quite friendly very nice clean near everything if your a western its great has kitchen cook ware tv small fridge air con nice shower and bathroom tv had Netflix good lighting just a great experience i would highly recommend long stays if possible.

If your looking a place stay couple or family this is perfect place for you. spacious,clean its updated kitchen and living room.We stayed here for 8 nights and it was amazing, i had a family get together and friends the place is perfect for entertaining.The Host and the staff are very responsive with our needs and concern.The service is amazing.I would definitely comeback to stay this place. And i highly recommend if you need a place to stay for holiday this is the right place for you.

Sam’s place is very safe and accessible to everything. Jim is very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop deck is perfect for small gathering if you rent the whole place. Highly recommended. We had a great holiday! Thank you Sam!

This was a terrific getaway and was conveniently located close to everything we needed, including Jollibee within easy walking distance. Cicelia was an excellent host—always responsive, helpful, and incredibly nice. The space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us comfortable, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The WiFi was reliable and fast. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pagadian City. Cicelia's hospitality made our stay extra special, and we look forward to returning in the future!

It’s literally the home away from home for us with my family even for a short period of time. The house is well maintained and the location is accessible to different shops. though we still want to extend our stay a little bit longer we just can’t because most probably the house is already booked for the following dates. I highly recommend this place and kudos to the host. Thank you so much!

The staff greeted us as soon as we arrived, took a few minutes to explain the rules and give some instructions. The place is very clean and we were able to bring our pets along. However, the inside lights were a bit dim and it kinda hurts my eyes. Food and other necessities are easily accessible as the place is near the main highway.

A night's rest needed after spending time at Dakak and Glorious Fantasyland. it was a short stay but it felt like a home away from home.

Merilyn’s place is located just over 2 km from city center. Public transportation should cost under 200 pesos to/from boardwalk. Good value for the price. They met at airport to take back to apartment, she was very responsive to my messages & the person assisted invited us to eat dinner but we had already eaten. Always friendly & glad to provide information & assisted with bags & carrying large water bottles or heavy boxes from shopping up to the room. Would stay here again.

We booked twice one of their units last year, and since we didn't have problems, we chose to book one of their units again. It was still a pleasant stay, just like before. Host was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommending their units, if ever you are in Zamboanga.

The space is a semi 1 bedroom (wall like partition) which was great. Aircon, fan, Netflix and a full kitchen, with hot water shower made it a great stay. It's a super friendly neighbourhood, very local, few foreigners or tourists in that area. Ding and her family were absolutely amazing and were there to help with everything immedietly (as they live in the next street) . She even arranged a motorcycle and a lift to the airport. People like this really make everything worthwhile! Be sure to message the host before hand for check in instructions or have your cellphone number active as they send you an sms.

We stayed for one week in Zamboanga for my mum’s birthday celebration — it was great! The place is air-conditioned, has a kitchen for cooking, and comes with complete appliances. If you need anything, you can just text or contact the host, and they'll send it over quickly. There were three of us, and it had a room that offered privacy. It was a memorable trip for us, and I definitely recommend the place. It might even be better to book directly to save money if you're on a budget. Nevertheless, it was a peaceful residence. Just make sure to double-check your location pin for transport and deliveries so you don’t get lost.

There’s a lot of Beautiful places to visit in the Philippines, very Hospitable and quick to respond. It’s cheaper and lot of local products you can choose to. The weather just too hot at this time of year.

The host at the place is very accommodating. They attend to everything we needed during our stay. They are very hospitable. Highly recommended. I would surely come back and stay here on my next trip in Zamboanga City.
