Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Sant'Andrea House "La Solana"

*Between a reservation and another there's an empty day used to clean and sanitize the house, (ozone machine)* A few minutes of distance from the little gulf of Sant'Andrea with the beautiful sandy beach, rocky surface and the cove of Cotoncello. There's a little bakery almost in front of the house and a tiny market at the closest village La Zanca (5 mins by foot) and a little bar, perfect during the sunset to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers with a wonderful orange seascape view.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! Cleaning follows ministerial protocols, the pandemic has been overcome and it is no longer necessary to bring personal pillows. Linens are available upon request and are considered extra.
