Benard is truly a Superhost! From the moment i arrived, he made feel welcome and ensured i had everything needed for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were exceptional. The space was spotless and well-equipped, and his thoughtful touches made all the difference.

We stayed for 5 weeks (!) at Culture & Alessandra's place and we absolutely LOVED it. Although we booked another apartment, we were really happy with the one we got. The location is phenomenal, as it is literally less than 2 minutes walking to the beach. Yet it feels very private because the house is on a dead-end street. The apartment is simple, but fully equipped. We felt right at home. Alessandra is truly the very best and sweetest host you could wish for. She helped us a lot with renting a motorcycle, making restaurant reservations and even took us to the hospital when (unfortunately) needed. Their dog Bantu often walked with us to the beach or came to lay with us on the porch, so cozy! We did have some problems with the AC - we couldn't get the room cooler than 26 degrees and it often failed because of power cuts (a general electricity problem in Zanzibar). Funny enough, 5 weeks still felt too short, so we hope to come back and then we will definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Saidi was excellent with communication. The area is fantastic to relax and he was so helpful with checkout and very reliable. My favorite stay in Zanzibar 😍

very well equipped and comfortable apartment and above all very well located a few steps from Paje beach and its center too. the host was adorable and very friendly. he knows absolutely everything on Paje what to do and what to avoid. I was very well assisted and I will defenitly book his place next time i go to Paje again.

Really love this place as it’s clean and everything works exceptionally well and there’s lots of amenities that make it feel like home. Fukuchani Inn is wonderful - the staff is pleasant, kind, and very willing to help with whatever you might need. Everyone was friendly and we had a wonderful stay. The Inn is right near the ocean, a quick little walk to a beautiful (albeit rocky) beach, and it's very close (about 15 mins) from Nungwi beach. And the pool is lovely! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Villa and it was perfect for my family, plenty of space and very clean. And of course I have to mention Daisy, the basset hound!! Such a friendly and good girl :) We would love to come back one day - overall, great stay :) Friendly reminder to travelers, Tanzania and Zanzibar often have power outages, and this includes A/C - but they only lasted a few mins each time, and the staff aims to provide as comfortable a stay as possible.

My stay at this beautiful property in Zanzibar was incredible. The house is truly a dream—spacious, elegant, and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. There is a very special feature in this property that is a private access to the ocean. It gives you your own slice of paradise. The house is wonderfully private, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to explore Zanzibar’s many attractions. Beautiful home in the heart of nature. Recently built Manuela's house is very comfortable and its garden with pool very nice! Manuela and her team are very attentive so that everything is pleasant during the stay. Note that the house is a 12-minute walk from the sea. A beautiful walk on a small path lined with palm trees.

This is my second stay and i really appreciate the way she maitained the apartment. Its very cosy, very clean, well decorated and still great value for money. Radegunda was responsive and considerate, to ensure we have a comfortable time at her place. I would always recommend it to anyone visiting Bagamoyo for work or need a quiet weekend away.

Host Manager Ijob is just great. Did our shopping for us. Was always on site. Extremely friendly 👍 The cleaning lady Doris is also very conscientious. In the event of problems (power failure, little water), for which he can't do anything, he immediately tried to find solutions and, if possible, also dealt with them immediately.

The villa has a modern design and the rooms are equipped with all the modern tools and appliances. You will not feel that you are missing anything. Doreen is a professional and always ready to help. The view and the view are stunning, the atmosphere is calm, and every corner of the villa has a piece of art worth contemplating. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Zoe was an amazing host and really helpful with providing recommendations on where to eat and what to see on the island. Zoe was also very quick with her responses which made our stay at Zanzibar stress free. The property was spacious, with the showers having good water pressure and the beds being covered in mosquito nets. We had rented a car and we were able to park the car safely inside the gate. Overall we would definitely recommend Zoe as a host and her property as a great place to stay!

I can only recommend the place, from communication to booking, to transportation from the airport to the welcome and accommodation to the apartment, we were happy with everything. The family apartment provides plenty of space and excellent cooking facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace is superbly adapted to relax in privacy thanks to the grown beautifully blooming bushes. Next, the generous breakfast included and 2 pools, at least one of which we had to ourselves at any time. The area is very well maintained, the pools are clean and the surroundings of the apartments are cared for. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as the beginning of the village, where you can shop for everything you need, and also observe the local life while walking. Thank you so much to the owners and the entire staff for a great stay.

The place is so nice and so center,it’s so easy to access all the important needs like restaurants,bars and beaches,we really enjoy it.

We stayed 7 weeks at Saids place and liked it very much. From the beginning we had 2 people whom we could anytime ask for help. We felt very safe at Saids place and did not even shut the appartment with a key since there is a big fence around the buildung. The area in which the appartment is located is rather quiet the village ist about 5 minutes walk away and there are not many tourists around. The walking distance to the beach and a very nice resort called Waikiki is about 5 minutes away. Said himself was very helpful and friendly. He invited us for a great homemade dinner (the best we had in Zanzibar) and repaired Christians bicycle. We would be glad to come back stay there and meet Said again.
