Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zarqa Governorate

This was an excellent stay! The location is perfect - walking distance to everywhere. And Sakher stocked the apartment with everything i needed for my stay! The bottles of water in the fridge when i arrived on a hot day were exactly what i needed! And the bed is incredibly comfortable.

Die Wohnung von Aladdin ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben als Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Paare) Zeit dort verbracht und hatten alle ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett für uns. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und Küche (Trinkwasser wird bereitgestellt) und gemeinschaftliche Dachterrasse und Garten, die beide schön gestaltet sind. Von oben kannst du den Sonnenuntergang über Amman sehen. Die Lage ist super, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Aladdin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles verlief reibungslos.

Een supergoed verblijf gehad in Shams op een van de beste locaties in Amman! Mooie accommodatie en goede service. Zeer aan te bevelen!

The house of Jad contains some guest rooms, a kitchen and shared bathroom. Everything was clean and my room was prepared. It is really a small art gallery, with paintings and drawings by Jad, very nice. Even the garden can be used. Anan, who welcomed me very kindly, explained everything and even brought me a big fruit bowl. I can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Fantastic host and comfortable and secure place. Kids loved it and would love to return some day. Location is away from hustle and bustle, however we did not need to hire a car, Careem was cheap and convenient.

Rama was a great host. She was very responsive and constantly checking up on me to see I needed anything. The house and the outside area is lovely. Def recommend to anyone visiting Amman! The location is great!!

My stay at Hatem's was lovely, even though it was only for a night it was perfect. The location was hidden but beautiful and the house felt like a home immediately. My favorite part was the roof which was where I sat in front of me the view of Amman's houses and the moon at night. Also the hosts were so welcoming and accomodating and super easy to talk to. Overall super convenient and could not have asked for better.

The place is beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is great and close to everything. Reem was an amazing host — communication with her was smooth and fast, and she was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Thank you, Reem, for everything! I’ve travelled quite a bit, and Amman is a city I’m quite familiar with, but this was the first time my fiancée was visiting so I wanted to give her a five star experience and this place delivered perfectly. I was also working from abroad and the space was perfect. The BnB itself was beautiful, modern and homey and the location is amazing. The nicest mall and restaurants are right across the street and everything is easy to reach. The host was amazing as well. He was very flexible with check in and check out. Super helpful and very communicative. He gave me really good advice as well that helped me out despite already knowing Amman quite well. If you’re looking to impress someone and take them to a place that screams luxury, accessibility and safety - this is the one. Thanks again!

My friends and I really enjoyed the week we stayed at Naser’s charming apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony is a nice touch and the place is close by to Amman city center. Naser was always available for any questions we had. I warmly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

This property is really something else. Airy with lots of sunlight through out the day. The rooftop is great for those nights with clear skies. Great hosts and very understanding.

Absolutely incredible stay! The place exceeded all expectations — beautifully designed, super clean, and the view… just breathtaking! Waking up to that stunning panorama every morning was unforgettable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was exactly as described, if not better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended and would definitely come back again!

This was the perfect spot for a week in Amman, the neighbourhood is very walkable and full of things to do all day. The house was stylish, clean and easy to access. I would certainly come back and stay here again

Great place. Safe and clean. Cute little balcony with built in seats. Unlimited water which was most important to us. Washer worked well. Also, our daughters loved the bunkbed and trundle. Furthermore, Tareq will respond quickly to any questions or concerns you have. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing 3-night stay here. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches like extra towels, snacks, and a guide to local spots.
