RELAXING BEACH APARTMENT- ready to enjoy!

This beach apartment is close to El Yunque Rain Forest and the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel. It has walking access to a beautiful beach; pool and playing area. Good for couples and families (with kids). It's on a first floor, has two parking spaces available, internet, TV, equipped kitchen and everything needed to relax. It's a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed on main bedroom and a sofa bed (queen size) on family room. Both areas (main bedroom and family room) have air conditioner.

Shubin was such a great host. The place is great - clean, spacious, and the deck is really nice. TV and Soundbar speaker were great to have. Great proximity to beach and also to El Yunque for hiking. Good food spots in the area as well

We had a problem with the fridge and they managed to replace the appliance and buy all of the food lost in that same day for us. They went above and beyond with this matter and we’re always kind and responsive to other questions about places to eat, shop, and other questions about the area.

Stay here if you want a squeaky-clean, organized, well- stocked getaway right on a piece of paradise beach! The pool was also steps away and so peaceful. Pepe and Jef’s place is welcoming, comfortable, and easy to access, and they were excellent hosts who communicated everything we needed to know in advance. We had no issues with the places and felt so sad to leave! Thank you guys for sharing your art-filled home with us. We will never forget it.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do outside of the condominium. We especially loved the beach area; there were tons of sand dollars and starfish, and we even got to witness a sea turtle release, which was such a special experience. The Luquillo Kiosks were a favorite spot of ours—amazing food and atmosphere. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

The patio was beautiful everything I expected! & The pool was warm at all times of the day. Nice small room & beautiful bathroom. Cozy, definitely private, & safe. Room was decorated for arrival and equipped with snacks/drinks.
