The apartment is located in a residential building on the 6th floor and has an open terrace with a view over the surrounding area and Vitosha mountain. Free parking on premise, 1 mins walk to busstop and 15mins to subway.

There is a free parking, zen style design, spa bath, kitchen, 2 flat TV's, free and very strong WiFi. Wonderful green view from the window is a great start of the day. Not suitable for home office.

From here you will reach any point on the central street within 3 to 10 minutes (Sumi Square-Hristo Botev Square). There is a big supermarket and small shops nearby. Parking is free, on the street in front of the block. The apartment is perfect both for a family trip and for leisure or remote work. Upon prior request, we can provide a baby cot.
