Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

The house and outside are clean and tidy. Nice hosts, great location 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the shop. We hope to return.

Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

A wonderful vacation! Hospitable hosts, lots of greenery and flowers on the territory, a shady gazebo in which it is pleasant to spend time in the midday heat - these are the main impressions of our vacation. Great place for people who enjoy silence and privacy. Shops nearby, the sea - 15 minutes, sunrise can be found near the house. I didn't want to leave, the impressions are the most pleasant.

A very cozy house, everything is very comfortable, + you have your patio, where there is always shade, swing, and a place to fry something on the grill. All photos correspond to reality. Recommended, we loved it! Very cozy and comfortable house + you have your own yard and place for your car. We enjoy our stay there!

Perfect, very clean, very nice. View from wow window! There is a restaurant nearby with cool prices and a beach. We are very happy to come again!!!!

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.

Everything was good in the apartment, clean and comfortable, thank you for the nice home. I recommend going to the sea for 5 minutes. And there is a nice clean beach

Nice clean one-bedroom apartment on 2 floor, with its own separate stair. Apartment is fully equipped. The room has a wide 2 sleeping beds, and a folding sofa. There is still a chair in the kitchen, it should be unfolded, but we did not check. There are many different channels on the TV, including children's channels. Windows - double-glazed windows, there is a mesh from the mid-range. If the weather is hot, there is air conditioning. There is also a courtyard in which you can park your car for your vacation. The host responds promptly to all questions, both before and after check-in. Very convenient location: no more than 5 minutes walk to the beach with a child, and faster for an adult. Near cafes, canteens, shops, lunapark. To the market a little further - 500 meters. There is a small free playground nearby where you can pass the time with the child. All in all, we were satisfied.
