Apartment Elena is located in the very center of the old town of beautiful Rogoznica, a few steps walk down the stone street from the church and the sunny riviera. All the important amenities, from restaurants, coffee bars, shops, markets and beautiful beaches, are no more than 600 meters away from the property. The accommodation itself has a beautiful view. This spacious one bedroom apartment is a part of a new villa, 100 m away from the beach. Apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, large shower, additional small toilet and a fully equipped kitchen and living room. This apartment is on the top floor with a pool view and seaview. Wifi is free and available. Additional parts of the villa are also the pool, indoor and outdoor garage and elevator. Our guests can enjoy their time on the beach on the private lounge with sunbeds and umbrella's.

Newly furnished luxury apartment in a house by the sea. The property is located approximately ten meters from the sea. Guests have complete privacy, but if they wish to be on the public pebble beach, it is about 30 meters away. As part of the regular service, guests receive two beach loungers and an umbrella. Apartment has own private jacuzzi. Parking is free and located on the property. Guests can also use the grill. Closest shops are in the town of Rogoznica, about two kilometers away.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
