Saubere und gut ausgestatette Unterkunft. Perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen. Die Lage ist gut , es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der nähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz der Unterkunft erspart viel Zeit und gibt einem ein sicheres gefühl wenn der Wagen direkt in der Einfahrt steht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt - sie ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, nahe der Altstadt und mit Bus und Bahn super erreich-bar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Nikola - er war immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Ein sehr verlässlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Top 👌

Wenn auch an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, fühlt man sich aufgrund des grün bewachsenen Hinterhofes auf der Rückseite des Hauses geborgen, so dass der Verkehr weiter entfernt erscheint. Die Wohnung hat alles Notwendige - sogar einen Arbeitsplatz. Sie ist unter Rücksichtnahme der alten Bausubstanz liebevoll, mitunter durch kreativ-praktikable Lösungen findend, hergerichtet. Der Holzboden, die großen Fenster, im Zusammenspiel mit dem Blick auf die Bäume und des Bildes an der gegenüberliegenden Wand, geben dem Raum eine schöne Atmosphäre. Der durch den Eingang lichtbeschienene Vorraum mit Ganzkörperspiegel vergrößert das kleine innenliegende Bad. Pedja ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, klar kommunizierend und da, wenn man ihn braucht - einfach angenehm.

The apartment was very nice and clean, close to the Danube, very close to public transportation, the only recommendation I can make is to put a shower curtain, otherwise everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

The accommodation was the same as presented on the photos. Great location with easy access to public transport links, the spot was near the locality I was visiting. Responsive host, clear instructions for check in / out.

Our stay with Nebojsa was fantastic and we can strongly recommend a visit to this great city and this great host. Communication was good, the flat was perfectly located in a nice part of the city. Nebojsa couldn't have been more helpful. His homemade lemonade as a welcome drink is amazing. Its incredible that all the buses in Belgrad our free so you can get around and see lots of places. The flat is spacious and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nebojsa and his lovely wife for making our trip to Belgrad so memorable

Great place, clean, all the necessary amenities are there, the area is safe and nice, we needed something closer to the airport, so our expectations were met. Check in was super easy. There are some nice cafes and a bakery near the house. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The got us a baby chair and a cot very fast, I’m so thankful. Konumu itibari ile en işlel caddeye olan sadece 20 metre olan uzaklık bizim için harikaydı.Ev sahibi tarafından verilen talimatlar eşliğinde evi kolayca bulmak ve eve girmek konusunda gayet başarılıydı.Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü üzere aynısı ve çok keyifliydi.Evdeki cihazların kullanımı noktasında gayet yardımcı olundu ve hızlı cevap verildi.Bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu,bir daha Belgrada seyahat edersem başka yer aramam.Teşekkürler Dragan😊

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Séjour très agréable dans ma ville natale. Le logement bien placé, avec à portée plusieurs restaurants, cafés, magasins, parcs et transports en commun. À 35 minutes à pied de Kalemegdan. L'hôte a été réactive concernant certaines questions. Nous reviendrons !

The apartment was very convenient and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right near a beautiful riverside promenade. The host was very friendly, and communication was great! I highly recommend it!

This place was majestic, and Mima is a lovely host! I loved everything about it, being in a local neighborhood, away from the city center, with everything nearby. It was easy to use the free public transportation, too. I felt like I was visiting an art exhibition, the paintings make the flat feel even more sophisticated. The only problem is that I didn’t stay longer, but I will definitely return. Thank you! ❤️

Alex's apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, and Svetlana, who met us upon arrival, was exceptional. Svetlana also provided recommendations on restaurants and was readily available to answer questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the apartment again if we return to Belgrade.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt und sind absolut zufrieden! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war ideal und gut angebunden. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber Gile sowie der Co-Host Mira jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Great stay! The apartment matched the description — clean and cozy. My flight was delayed and I arrived very late at night, but the host stayed in touch the whole time and made sure check-in went smoothly. Everything I needed was provided. The neighborhood is convenient. Thank you!
