Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Zemun

Drazen and Ivana are great hosts. We loved the space and convenience to central Belgrade with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

Luca is a very warmhearted host! He helped us to arrange a ride from the airport to the apartment. Since we arrived very early on the check-in day, we left our luggage in the car and hang around in the downtown. Later when we checked in our luggage was in the apt already. The apartment is not big, but it is enough for 2 people. There’s a huge balcony and the view is unbeatable. You can see the Saint Mark’s church, Novi Dvor and the Parliament. The main attraction pionts are very close, you can reach there by walk… there are convince syores, bakery shops, bar, etc. And the history museum just need the cornor... Luca also gives me many advice on places to visit. Luca是一个很好的host，非常热，回信息的速度也特别快。他帮我们安排机场接送的车，25欧一趟。小公寓不大，但五脏俱全。大露台风景无敌，白天晚上都超美。旁边就是历史博物馆，国会，总统府。走5分钟就是圣马可教堂，10分钟到共和广场。旁边配套设施也齐全，有小超市，酒吧，咖啡厅等等。

Really nice Apartment, modern, minimalistic. 18th floor, unfortunately we could not enjoy the view because of the weather. Bus station in front of the building- easy access to the whole town. Really convenient the Shopping Mall at the 1st floor with supermarket and dm. Outside the building nice restaurants. Also, was nice that it had shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs etc.

One word: wauw! Absolutely lovely apartment with all I needed for 1.5 weeks in Belgrade. Very comfortable, really felt like home! Close to a lot of shops, nice restaurants and walking distance of the old city center. Vladimir and Danimir were incredible hosts! Would defnitely come back in the future if I visit Belgrade again!

Evin Bulunduğu muhit çok güzel nehre kıyısı olan bir yerdeydi. Araçla olduğumuz için ulaşım sorunumuz yoktu, aracı olmayanlar için evin önünden otobüsler kalkıyor. Yürüyüş yolu ve doğası mükemmeldi. Ayrıca Zoran’ın ilgi, alaka ve güzler yüzü için teşekkür ederiz.

Location was good, in the new center as well as close to the old side (Knez Mihailova st.). Wonderful balcony view, though a bit windy. A parking place available, easy get in with apartmenent keys. Flat was as explained. Check in was very easy and Alexa was very helpful in responding every question just on time. We haven’t seen her but, she was with us whenever we need. Definitely would like to come back.

A very good place to explore Zemun, and also the whole city thanks to convenient public transport connections. The apartment was very nice with a complete match of listed amenities. Some reviewers found broken door lock, bad smell, lack of washing machine, fleas (!) — this is total nonsense and I had complete opposite experience. I want to specifically highlight these things, as Marko was particularly helpful and caring, and such reviews are unfair in my opinion.

Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

Nice place în a peaceful area.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Very good place to stay for a few days: not far from the centre, food shops and very good cafe (Caldo) nearby, pretty house with comfortable beds. It was a big pleasure to communicate with Edita: helpful instructions, good recommendations about nearby area.

I had an amazing stay—everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, and beautifully. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

First of all i would like to say that Laura is the best! She was replying so fast whatever i asked here. We were always in contact. The flat was perfect. Easy to find and location is great. So clean same as the pictures. If i can have a chance to come again, i will definetely choose Laura’s house! Thank you for everything.

Konumu itibari ile en işlel caddeye olan sadece 20 metre olan uzaklık bizim için harikaydı.Ev sahibi tarafından verilen talimatlar eşliğinde evi kolayca bulmak ve eve girmek konusunda gayet başarılıydı.Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü üzere aynısı ve çok keyifliydi.Evdeki cihazların kullanımı noktasında gayet yardımcı olundu ve hızlı cevap verildi.Bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu,bir daha Belgrada seyahat edersem başka yer aramam.Teşekkürler Dragan😊

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

The B&B is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There are many tram and bus lines at the street corner, and there are supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. The owner Hristina greeted us with a smile and warm hospitality. She helped us move our luggages into the house and explained the use of the equipment in detaisl. Thank you very much. The B&B is clean and comfortable, with complete equipment and facilities. The shower water source is sufficient and there is enough hot water, which makes us feel at home during this stay. I highly recommend staying in this B&B. When leaving, Hristine helped us call a taxi to the airport, which I am very grateful for.

Séjour très agréable dans ma ville natale. Le logement bien placé, avec à portée plusieurs restaurants, cafés, magasins, parcs et transports en commun. À 35 minutes à pied de Kalemegdan. L'hôte a été réactive concernant certaines questions. Nous reviendrons !

Great apartment with fantastic evening view!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt und sind absolut zufrieden! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war ideal und gut angebunden. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber Gile sowie der Co-Host Mira jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
