A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable! Le premier point très important est le propriétaire d'appartement! Monsieur Metin! C'est une personne extraordinaire! Super gentil, très honnête, très aimable, toujours souriant et très généraux! Il a une pâtissière au rez-de-chaussée en bas de bâtiment. Donc, il est toujours là pour vous aider ! L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé, situé dans une place trop vivant! Tous les commerces sont à quelque pas, arrêt de bus est proche! Tramway T1 environ 10 minutes à pied. Le prix de séjour est très raisonnable, vraiment pas cher! Je recommande fortement ce logement. Merci Monsieur Metin pour m'aider pour les bagages! Merci pour m'accueillir dans votre logement, Merci pour le cadeau que vous m'avez donné à mon départ! Ma femme a trouvé très délicieux. Merci pour tout

Это просторная квартира, где можно хорошо отдохнуть после прогулок по шумному Стамбулу. Мы искали квартиру, доступную для человека в wheelchair, и это было то, что мы искали. Апартамент находится в шаговой доступности от станции Бакиркой, которая снабжена пандусами. В доме имеется лифт. Апартамент расположен близко к торговому центру CAPACITY и торговой улице, в тоже время дом стоит на маленькой улочке, поэтому в квартире тихо. В каждой комнате кондиционер, матрасы удобные. Сотрудница Бахор каждый вечер выносит мусор, она очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая. Спасибо хозяину господину Хамзе за прекрасный отдых и возможность отличного шоппинга в Стамбуле

I loved this place a lot! The owner was always super friendly and nice, trying to help me with all the little issues that we had. But everything else was just amazing. The building is pretty old, so you might get some WiFi issues sometimes, but it’s super easy fixable, he will explain what you gotta do, just reach out to him. Thank you for having us! I will definitely get back there next time when I’m in Istanbul!

Çamaşır, kurutma, bulaşık makineleri ve televizyon var. Beş kişi rahatlıkla kaldık. Ev rahatlığında. Biz sabahları evde kahvaltıyı yapıp diğer öğünleri dışarıda yedik. İsterseniz tüm öğünleri evde hazırlayacak donanım vardır. Ev, Ayvansaray tramvay durağına çok yakın. Duraktan Eminönü 5-10 dakika sürüyor. Paranızı hak eden bir yer. Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. Merve met us to hand the keys, provided us with local recommendations. Very responsive and helpful. Thank you Najwa for opening your home to us. We loved Istanbul 🙏🏻🇹🇷.

I had a really great stay. The place and hospitality were both excellent. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

Wir haben das authentische Viertel, abseits des Istanbuler Touri-Wahns sehr genossen und uns im Haus wohlgefühlt. Merve ist supernett und wie Ozkan absolut unkompliziert.

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. C’est, sans aucun doute, l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour découvrir Istanbul. Je recommande vivement ! Brunet Jean Claude et Isabelle Mai 2

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

Secara menyeluruh kami menyukai dan menikmati tinggal di rumah ini. Tempat yang sangat strategis dan berpusat di kota Taksim yang memudahkan semua akses transportasi dan makanan. Selain itu banyak fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di dalamnya seperti mesin cuci, setrika, hairdryer, dll. Namun sayangnya microwave nya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik walaupun kami sudah mencoba mengikuti arahan dari pemilik. Aroma di kamar mandi kurang harum, tapi masih bersih dan airnya juga berfungsi dengan baik.

We were a group of 6 adults, and had a great time in the apartment. Aaron and his team helped us with our preparations and during our stay. The apartment is located close to tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. We recommend staying in this apartment.

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.
