Holiday rentals with a patio in Zhongzheng District

Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

Very much worth the price for being close to Ximen, with all the shops, convenience stores, and a walkable distance to the metro and bus stops.

The place is amazing, exactly like the photos. All the decorations and furnitures are beautiful. Host is very responsive. Location is extremely convenient.

The place was great and close to Taipei Main station which made it very accessible. It also had convenience shops, massage shops, eating places, bubble tea shops just below. Except for the small hiccup during check-in where the place wasn’t cleaned, the place is comfortable. Host was also very responsive. Will stay here again if I am in Taipei.

The host was super friendly and always ready to help. Checking in was a breeze - the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had an amazing time and would definitely stay again if I ever visit the area.

Michelle's place is located in a great neighborhood, close to MRT, and tons of shops on Yongkang Street. Her apartment is also really cool. She has lots of cool books and it's all decorated nicely. I enjoyed our passing chats in the common areas when she was around. She's very friendly and fun to talk to. The desk in the room was a bit tall, so I ended up using the dining table most of the time. Highly recommend (:

This place was rather pricey imo, but it does have its pluses. One, I liked having beds all in a room, so that the older children and adults can chill after the younger ones sleep. Two, location was good - lots of shops and food around the place, easy to walk to train/mrt station and ximending. Putting some info here to make things easier for future guests. 1. Elevator to apartment is right beside a 7-11, just look out for a 7-11 along the road. 2. Washing machine has a dryer function - just have to choose the one that says "wash-spin-dry". Blue washing liquid in the cupboard beside. Overall enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Great location with easy access to MRT stations. Appreciated the helpful feedbacks from host. Had issue to get the air conditioning to work and was quickly resolved via guidance from host. Really enjoyed the stay!

Super nice flat, with spacious livingroom and 2 cozy bedrooms with enough desks for work as well. Location is great, many bars, restaurants around and metro is close. Communication with Angela was great, she responded every message within just minutes. Definitely recommend this place!

Grace was an excellent host. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone wanting to stay in Taipei.

Highly recommend staying with Dave! His place is in near-new condition. All of the appliances are all brand new and very luxurious. The best part is that this place conveniently located right next to the train station. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and malls, making it super convenient. Dave was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

The hostel is clean and tidy. The electronics work and is ample. Nice and friendly host.

8명 친구들과 여행하며 묵은 숙소입니다. 독특한 내부 인테리어가 인상 깊습니다. 정돈은 잘 되어있는 편이고 소가전들도 잘 갖춰져 있는 편입니다. 위치는 지하철 역에서 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고 주변이 조용하여 좋았습니다. 즐겁게 놀고 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있는데, 노출 콘크리트 벽과 천장, 우드 가벽과 같은 마감재들이 사람이 생활하는 집 보다는 촬영용 스튜디오 같은 느낌을 줍니다. 주방 벽도 노출 콘크리트라 돌가루 같은게 떨어집니다. 식사 준비 하기엔 좋은 환경은 아니었어요. 화장실 벽도 우드에 페인트칠 되어있는데 곰팡이가 피어있습니다. 가뜩이나 습한 대만에서 물을 쓰는 공간의 벽이 타일이 아닌 것이 잘 이해가 되지 않네요. 독특한 인테리어 구조는 딱 도면과 사진에서만 아름답습니다. 여러모로 건축물 자체로만 봤을 땐 완성도가 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 호스트의 서비스는 매우 좋았고, 소통도 잘 되어서 그 점은 매우 좋았습니다. 캐주얼한 숙소를 찾는다면 추천하지만 잘 지어진, 생활하기 좋은 숙소로는 그다지 추천하지 않습니다. 그래도 감사했습니다! 이 피드백으로 더 좋은 숙소가 되길 기원합니다.

初めての海外ひとり旅でAirbnbを利用し、5泊させていただきました。 人生で初めてのセルフチェックインだったため戸惑うこともありましたが、ホストさんに相談するとすぐに丁寧な返信をいただけたので、Airbnb初心者の方でも安心して利用できると思います。 入眠中に他のゲストさんが帰宅される際、ドアの施錠音が少し気になることはありましたが、それ以外は部屋でゆっくりと休息をとることができました。 また台湾に旅行する際は、ぜひまた利用したいと思います！

Overall it’s a great experience! It’s a super convenient location, close to Shilin MRT, and near a traditional market plus lots of eateries. It would be great if there were a dryer in the unit as some foreigners are more used to having one. There is a washer. Clothes stick & hangers are provided for hanging wet clothes on the balcony. But as I know, most households in Taiwan don’t use dryers.
