Great place to relax! Cozy apartment, it is convenient that you can check in independently at a comfortable time. There are supermarkets, food outlets and everything you need for your visit near the residential complex.

this was the perfect stay, close to the bus station and mall and great restaurants and cafés. the apartment is cozy and private.

In general, I have a pleasant impression. The apartment is clean, cozy and well-equipped — everything necessary was available: household appliances, dishes, fresh bedding and towels. The location is convenient, with shops, public transport, and cafes nearby. Hostess Svitlana is friendly, always in touch and quick to respond to requests.

The space was exactly what my fiancé and I needed! Not a very far distance from city center and lots of beautiful places to see! Far enough away to be quiet and free of loud car sounds, a feature even more valued during a potential air raid. Yes, you can sometimes hear the others staying nearby in the building, but for the most part everyone was respectful during sleeping hours. This never seemed to make our stay any less pleasant. We especially enjoyed the peaceful location and secure gate that allowed us to spend time outside with the street kitties! Overall we loved our stay and agreed we’d love to come here again in the future! Special thanks to the owner for her hospitality. Слава Україні! 🇺🇦

Clean apartments in the private sector, but close to the center. Easy check in despite the fact that we checked in at the third night. Communication with Olga is also clear and fast. I recommend it!

Cozy apartment, great location

Nikolay is a great host. He was very helpful. The apartment is what you expect and have seen on the photos. The place is clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient as it is the centre of Zhytomyr. Whenever I visit Zhytomyr I don’t need to think where to stay. I will be happy to book this apartment again. Elina

In general, we are satisfied, clean apartment, corresponds to the photos and declared amenities (everyone, apparently, did not even use it). Located in the center of a compact city, everything you need is nearby - cafes, shops, cinemas, within walking distance found a museum, pubs, market. The owner explained everything clearly, easy to find, there was an opportunity to check in even an hour earlier. You can park in the yard. The trip is not without adventures, but this does not apply to housing)) we are grateful for the reception, if necessary and possible, when we are in Zhytomyr, we will visit again.
