We were delighted with the house, it is a spacious place, clean of easy access and close to the beaches by car. Super friendly host. It is definitely a great option. In addition to beautiful lighting in the evenings and a super cute kitten who is always attentive to welcome you as well.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and in the perfect location. The hosts have truly thought of everything—from an iron and hair dryer to a welcome drink in the fridge and a helpful area guide. Every detail made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The house has everything you need, refrigerator, stove, microwave, various kitchen utensils, air conditioning, fans, hot water, linens, towels, among many things. We hope to stay there again on our next vacation.

Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo are great people, very friendly, always attentive and above all super cordial The house is super quiet and has everything you could possibly need! Herminia cooks exquisite food. Be sure to try the fish ceviche, it's delicious! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury! We had amazing days for swimming!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It's a lot of fun! Maybe it just needs lighting to be able to play at night! But really Cristóbal and his entire team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything!! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

The stay at hacienda La Rusa exceeded our expectations, everything was incredible, they were all very friendly and helpful since we arrived, the rooms are beautiful and the pool just as incredible.

The house is so beautiful! It is impossible to capture it in pictures. My wife and I were completely blown away when we first walked in. We knew the house would be nice and we knew the view would be nice, but when we arrived in person it far exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house is artfully decorated and very spacious. The outside has a beautiful infinity pool that is generously sized and beautifully landscaped. From the furniture to the art to the bathroom, the entire house looks and feels luxurious and is authentically Balinese. The wi-fi at the house is also excellent. My wife and I worked from home here for a month and it was seamless. The house is located in a gated community with private security. All employees in the community are great and do everything with a smile. Since you are high up on the mountain, it is a bit of a hike to and from the beaches if you wish to walk (about 20 minutes on a steep but well kept and paved hill). However, the security can hire you a taxi to pick you up from the house and it is cheap to go anywhere in Zihua by taxi. There is also parking right in front of the house if you wish to rent a car. Susana is also an awesome host, extremely accommodating and incredibly responsive to any questions! Definitely stay here!

Fernando's accommodation is very comfortable and was very clean, which is greatly appreciated. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Fernando was attentive to everything we asked for, supporting us in every possible way. It is a large space with a lot of design and space. We highly recommend it. We stayed 10 nights without any problems.

Just like you see in the photos. Luis responded quickly to our questions and everything was very clear. We had a problem with the water, and it was resolved immediately.

Our stay was wonderful! So nice to have a little place to come home to every day that was private and peaceful. Loved the neighborhood people and beautiful birds(never intrusive but great for watching and listening!). Closeish restaurants and things to do good for people with a car bike or wanting a nice walk each day! Highly recommend!!

I was fascinated, the place and the attention of Bera, Lupita and her husband was the best. We had a great time . The house is very clean, the pool too, and we had it just for ourselves, the beaches are very close by car. It is close to the hotel area of Ixtapa, less than 10 minutes away. Private and quiet subdivision. I would recommend it 10/10
