On the property, the summer kitchen is available to guests, equipped with a classic furnace, a covered outdoor seating area with a grill, and a fire pit. The villa offers 3 separate apartments, each with an area of 53 m2. Each apartment has a bedroom, living room + kitchen, bathroom + toilet and hall. Guests have use of the fitness room, children's playroom.

Chata Pramienok, a separate building just for you

The cottage offers privacy to one family or two couples. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more people. It is on the edge of a quiet settlement under the forest, you can only hear the birds singing. One of the many cycling trails in the area runs through the settlement, and you can walk to the trails of the Veľká Fatra, or go mushroom picking. The cottage smells new and is looking forward to its guests. Only smaller breeds of animals are allowed, for a one-time fee of 15 euros.
