Everything about the stay was great. Right from checking-in, assistance during our stay and check-out, all of it was seamless. Ajay helped us entirely during our stay and he was very responsive. Helped with all our queries. The place is spacious and cozy + full of natural light and all the basic amenities were provided. The locality is also great and easily navigable. You can find a lot of things close by at a walkable distance. The only pitfall was that every night a lot of cockroaches would gather at the doorstep - not great from hygiene perspective. And the mattress of the bedroom is not comfortable and makes it difficult to sleep. But all in all, we loved our stay here. Your place would be even better if those couple of things I mentioned are taken care of. Would recommend it to my acquaintances

the place is exactly infront of the alibaug beach 1.3 km from alibaug bus stop, have so many food options available near by and the caretaker is very cooperative, he even help us buy some basic grocery.

Great place. Clean and well maintained with very good amenities. all teh delivery companies are able to spot the place easily without any issue. The locality is good with the phoenix mall very close by.

Arzan is extremly supported and help. Room is fantastic condition, location is very good. And also place is very easy to find as well. Everything about our stay was great, but the highlight was undoubtedly the food prepared by Mr. Raju. The Konkani dishes were absolutely delicious — authentic, flavorful, and cooked with so much care. We’d happily return again and again just for the food alone!

We stayed at the villa over the weekend and had a really lovely time. The house itself is spacious and airy, with a beautiful outdoor area that is very lush. The pool was great – perfect for relaxing and cooling off. One of the highlights was the food. Everything we had was fresh, well-cooked, and delicious. The location is also a big plus – very close to the jetty, which made getting there super easy. The team was fantastic – very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the kitchen and common bathroom could be cleaner and better maintained. There were also quite a lot of red ants. I understand it's a garden setting, but there were just too many. Additionally, the outdoor areas and hall could definitely use more seating. However, all in all, it’s a wonderful place to spend time with friends or family and just unwind. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

This place is truly special. The previous reviews don’t do it justice. It’s in the most beautiful location literally right on a pristine, secluded beach. It’s surrounded by nature - trees, flowers, chirping birds. The stars and the moon at night. You can bear the waves crashing from the living room. I didn’t see any neighbors the whole time. It is seriously paradise. The caretaker is wonderful, the host was responsive and helpful. I was able to order food on Zomato delivered in 30 minute. It was easy to get an auto rickshaw to take me into Alibaug town one day. The house itself is simple, not luxurious, but it’s clean and has everything you need.

Great stay, equivalent to a nice hotel. The amenities, service and ambience of the room are much better than anything I have experienced in this area. It's only a few steps from the metro station, making it very easy to commute through metro/autos.

Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. We stayed here for about two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, cozy, and felt just like home—very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was extremely prompt, reliable, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—even arranging an extra chair and table since both of us were working remotely. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and will definitely stay here again soon!

This is a perfect place for someone to stay who is returning to Bombay and wants to feel at home. Chuim Village is quiet and well located in Khar West, just a couple minute's walk from Carter road and a quick rickshaw ride away from Pali Naka. It's an old little neighbourhood tucked away from the main road, so it's very quiet for Mumbai standards. Old buildings are going to come with some dampness and mustiness, which went away when the AC was on, and otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. We really liked how easy it was to find it and get inside after a late night arrival. Amit was super helpful with details for our visa, a nice little welcome note and was always responsive. He even offered cleaning on our second day, and left us a great range of fruit to try. One thing is that it would be more comfortable if the curtains blocked out more light and gave more privacy.

Balani house is perfect if you are looking for long stays. It’s maintained clean and the host, Sunil as well as his caretaker, Prashant are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Definitely worth the price!

We had a cozy stay! The space was warm, clean, well equipped with all needed amenities and exactly like the pictures. Sid has been a kind and responsive host. Plus the view was a bonus!
