Wygodny dobrze urządzony Apartament z przepięknym widokiem , czysty o dużej powierzchni. Położenie wręcz idealne gdzie czuć powiew wiatru od morza. Duży zacieniony taras z przepięknym widokiem . Bardzo dobry kontakt z miłym pomocnym gospodarzem. Dużym plusem dla mnie była możliwość parkowania samochodu w garażu ! Pobyt w tym apartamencie to czysta przyjemność , na pewno tu wrócimy. The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Das Cottage entspricht zu 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort, wenn man nicht inmitten des Treibens von z. B. Zadar sein möchte. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sanja hat uns als Gastgeberin persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Waschmaschine sowie Bügeleisen sorgen dafür, dass man auch zwischendurch mal etwas reinigen kann. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück super mit Hund, da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Betten sehr bequem, Pool auch von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man hier immer ein Auto braucht, um einzukaufen oder auswärts essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Gute Restaurants, sehr freundliche und tierliebe Menschen. Generell sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I stayed at this beautiful villa with my friends for 4 nights and had the best experience. This villa was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need within a home. If you want a peaceful, clean, cosy but modern villa to stay in then this is the place to do it. The host was also really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for local activities/ things to do, sight seeing locations, restaurants and many more. 100% recommend this place

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Baby eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Schon vor der Anreise hatten wir Kontakt mit Diana, die uns alle notwendigen Infos zum Check In gegeben hat und uns auch bei der Ankunft geholfen hat unser Boot per Kran ins Wasser zu bringen. In der Unterkunft selbst findet man alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub auf einer Insel benötigt, ist sauber und bietet einiges an Aktivitäten (SUP, Pool, Tischtennis etc.). Diana war immer erreichbar und hatte für jede Situation eine Lösung und ein offenes Ohr. Auch der Transport von der Insel zum Festland (oder andersrum) hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und beschenkt einen jeden Morgen mit dem schönsten Sonnenaufgang. Alles in allem einfach perfekt und super zum abschalten und gut geeignet für eine schöne Familienzeit oder Zeit mit Freunden. Danke für alles, liebe Diana! Wir kommen wieder :-)

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.
